logging = death

I've tried to kill many people in the terrarium that logged and never come back on at all until I wasn't in the terrarium

Kinda annoying smh

This is kinda of like @legendcaleb 's thread but this has a more proposed idea

It's not hard actually, many pvp servers have this plugin.

Also, allow it to show in the staff terrarium watch thingy so staff could tempban the player

I could see the server restarting or something but make it so we don't die for server restarts (that shouldn't be hard to do)

 

Does this weed out people who were disconnected accidentally? I've always been concerned about what the plugin classifies as "logging".

 

How about we have one of those plugins that have the Pvplogger4 thingy. That way people can still log in before being killed by legend.

 

I actualy occasionally play on a mainly minigames server that has something similar to this for their pvp games, but instead of death when they log off they get replaced by a skeleton that holds its arms out like a zombie. But has all of the equipment and even the name of the player that logged. Said skeleton can be killed (as it has the same amount of health the player did), and I think if the person logs back on it will give them the damage the skeleton efigy took while they were away.

It works REALLY well, and solves every problem that could be an issue here.

 

They have a similar plug-in in kit that places a player called pvp-logger there

Use an npc logging plugin where a player leaves an npc when they combat log

 

We used to have those in Kit but not anymore...I want them back. Loggers really bug me.

 

More plugins in spawn = lag

Nonono, it's an amazing idea. It's just the spawn is crazy laggy.
