Introduction: Hello, everyone, I've missed you all, I am back, applying for staff, I simply love the server, what else can I say, it'd be a pleasure for me to once again become staff. I have had a bit of a break where, my PC broke, so I was out, in the last 3 weeks or so, I've been getting back into the server, and loving it! I know there will be people saying "You've just got back!" However, I got back to the server a good few weeks ago, staying quite active in Towns and Kitpvp mostly.

Why you should be Helper? Regardless of how long ago I got back, I've played MeepCraft alot, I first joined the server back in April 2012, where I originally played Hunger Games with a friend. I've seen the server go through it's ups and downs, it's good times and bad times, but, I've sticked to it, no matter what. Thinking about it, nearly three years is alot, in a way, it does show my loyalty to the server.

In life at the minute, I am currently completing GCSE work which is currently above my age group, although this might sound cocky and arrogant, I'd describe myself as quite intelligent for someone of my age. As well as that, I am also working on the weekends as an Assistant Manager for a local youth football team, sadly, I am also going for an FA (Football Association) badge in coaching and possibly going for a referee's badge.
Not only I help manage a team, I currently play for one as well, which is going well; we are currently top of the league due to good play and very good teamwork.

I would describe myself as a particularly determined person always giving 100% effort. When isn't 100% effort needed? Something hard needing doing? I'l give it a try, to the best of my ability, no excuses, no reasons not to do it. Nothing to stop me. So, yes.

Am I honest? Yes. Yes, I'd say I was, I am mostly honest with everyone, I don't hide anything most of the time. "Most of the time?" Yes, in the server I have lied about a few things, nothing serious, nothing which leads to a consequence for anyone, in my staff applications in the past, I claimed to be 15 when I was 13. Yes, it was wrong, I do truly regret it, I was under guilt in the time, which I did come clean on, I let everyone know, expecting hate, I got a lot of support, people understood, and that gave me confidence, thank you to everyone who did support me in that time, thank you.

I suppose you're asking yourself now "Hmm, so, what makes him a good candidate for staff?"
Well, here are my previous experiences as staff on servers, its a nice little list
1. I started out on a friends server and was given the Admin rank, it was a small server however, I really enjoyed time on there. But, in comparison to MeepCraft, this was nothing. I did pick up some skills there, but not many. Just the basics.
2. I then joined another server which I suppose was quite fun. We got 10-20 people on at one given time which wasn't all that bad. I worked my way up very fast and within a month, I was Head-Admin. As I put in every app, the server was destroyed by the crazy tech.
3. Back to Meep, I came back to MeepNetworks and found myself getting my application accepted. I was put through an interview and became a helper. I didn't do too bad, however, now, it feels like I could have done so much more at the time. I was demoted then for telling people of my friend being banned (Good excuse, I know).
4. At the end of MN I applied for this MeepCraft, I was accepted which got me quite hyped up about it. With guidance from colleagues within the staff team, I was always doing well, on task and trying my best. I then applied for Mod. My application was accepted whilst I was on holiday in Spain so, that couldn't have been better. I continued well and helped teaching new helpers new skills etc. I resigned due to a lot of things which I have already disclosed.

On Meep, I'm starting a new chapter, in the past few weeks, I've been starting a fresh, turning over a new leaf, call it what you like. I've changed a lot since before, I'm trying to stay as positive as possible, it's good for me, and it's good for the people around me. I'm pretty sure people enjoy me this way.

As it's a tradition for me to do this,

Forums: YAY! Forums! It's simply my most enjoyed part of the server, the people on forums are amazing! Not only do I enjoy the player side of forums, I found myself helping with Staff on forums, when I was mod, I recall writing up one of the first copies of the TeamSpeak Rules, as well as countless amounts of helper guides teaching rules, ethics and simply what to do to other members of staff.

Skype: I'm always on Skype, no matter what, on my phone, on my PC, on my iPad, at home, at school, or just outside in general, I'll be on, don't worry!

How have I helped the server in the past? Well, I've donated multiple times, showing a true devotion to the server, I have been staff multiple times completing things like: learning the basics and advanced side of the staff system, showing new helpers what to do and helping them to improve themselves, even though as well as they improve, I improve. I've also simply been helping people out in chat, in skype, in teamspeak etc. I just naturally help. I also love it.

What are your weaknesses? 1. I am not the most active person on TS as a player, I enjoy it when I am on though, there are some truly amazing people on there. As staff, I find myself on there alot more for some reason, I think it's just me wanting to moderate it.

2. The Entire Resignation Problem. This can give people little trust within me making it harder to trust me as a staff member. I am trying to earn back their trust and hopefully I can like this. (Hopefully)

3. As Sjoe knows, I have been known to rage whilst in PVP, however, as I've stated previously, I've tried to stop that, so, there shouldn't be anymore of that!

What do I hope to do in the future for Meep?:

Well, I wish to help the server further than I have before, even if it's little thing, in the future, I do wish to become Moderator once again, and hopefully better than ever before, and just to reiterate, I would not have any intention of resigning any time soon!

• You just came back to Meepcraft.
• You are not active on the server.
• You have been staff many times yes, but you leave after awhile of being staff.

Please understand that you have to be active for few weeks so players get to know you, also we see how you act on the server toward other players.

 

Mylucky. You need to understand this.
You need to come back and be active in the community, for several weeks (at least a month imo) before you apply.
Until you can figure this out, I don't know how you are good, bad, constructive, immature, or otherwise.

I've been saying that on your previous applications for awhile now. You don't seem dedicated to the server, you seem dedicated to the title. I haven't seen you help since you were actually helper.

 

I am going to be a +/- . i dont really see you often in game anymore (you said you just came back). it is true that you used to be active inforuma, ts and in game.
The app was ok but the introduction was not.

I'm not going to comment on the abrupt return, because, well, I was accepted in a period where I returned to meep less then 2 weeks ago and Applied.
But I'm not going to give you my vote of approval right now.

You aren't involved or dedicated enough with the server to be a helper. You're really cool, don't get me wrong, I just don't think you're ready for helper right now. The last time you left was before I got helper the 1st time (May 24th, 2014), so the fact that people still care about that issue is completely out of my knowledge. Anyways, just get more active, dedicated, and involved and I'll up my vote.
