Ya, I am going to add something related to what Rety said. When I was staff I got so much hate. Sure I didn't like it, but due to the behavior (maturity wise) I don't think you can handle that kind of pressure. Staff is a very brutal task, especially for a new staff member who are not super in tune with the community. Honestly, it was so great, but the hate is strong and I don't think you are mature enough to not only handle the hate, but the actual helping. Just my opinion :/...

Spongey, my vote is a +0.75. I really can't complain about your activity in both forums/in game but you really need to fix your Ts activity (Also start talking-yes i know this is hard i have the same problem).

I dont know you very well but im going to -1 you based on three things.
Never seen you on teamspeak (Im on almost every day)
Never seen you in game
And youre a bit immature
Fix these, get a little well known and liked, then youve got my +1

By this, do you mean need to learn staff commands? Cause if you get accepted the first thing that happens is a lesson from a mod in staff commands.

Spongey, the first thing that stands out for me is how you'd deal with the hate and the pressure. And to be honest, I don't think you would. Having been a staff member on multiple servers in the past, I know what kind of hate you can get - and for someone like you, who means the best yet, just doesn't have that edge - I don't think you'd last. As well as that, I can see bias and shyness together influencing your decision. Example - one of your friends swears in global you aren't hesitant to kick them because you know them. You know they'll understand and how they'll react. However then someone you don't know, who is very popular yet also immature, swears. I just can't see you giving out the proper punishment as, in my view, you'd be too shy.
On top of that, your forums activity is good, but your content really isn't that of a staff member. I see a ton of

I barely see apps that are actually this good anymore, except for people who actually want and do become staff after the interview.
You are quite immature, as I've seen from posts above and IG experiences.
You have guts to give a complete list of your weaknesses, with good honesty.
You help IG which is definitely a positive when in this situation.
I'm going to rate you a +1, which I haven't done in a long while (for anyone) because your app was one of the best I've seen from someone who's never been staff before.

I'm going to say +/- as I don't know you that great but I understand you are a nice person with a slight immature side.
I'd say if you work on your maturity a bit you might have a better chance and I guess be a bit more active, talk a bit more in global and help people out when they need it.
