    Allowed ults to change their /fly speed up to 10.
    Not terribly OP (fly is OP anyways).

    I agree with nine right here.

    They can disable /speed if this is ever accepted in terrarium and kitpvp, but this can seriously mess up lots of people's little "1v1s" they have.
    It reminds me of ShadowwolfX_X (changed name) and his unknown speed.

    Note that this would only be for /fly, which is disabled in kit and terrarium.
