Hello! To be unbanned from charge back you have to pay a $20 fee to cover pay pal charges.

No, that is total bs why did I get charged back I payed for my rank Elite with my own money.

 

Did you buy any ranks below elite through a seller? This what may have been charge backed. Also, the fee is mandatory, you can't be unbanned without it being paid.

 

NOT SAYING YOU DID, but some people in the past have thought if they do charge back they get their money back but keep the rank.
Paypal charges us a $20 fee on charge backs ( its like a bounced check at a store charging you $20 )
As silly stated above, did you buy ANY rank from someone IN game or someone else bought you a rank as a gift etc?
