Introduction: Hey guys my name is Rohan, and my in game name is vrohan. I am a Exclusive, and looking to donate more and more to help the Server.
I first started playing games when i was in 1st grade. I played on the oldest Xbox and I loved Halo.
I kept playing that game until I was in 6th grade. I found out about Minecraft and i thought it was a pretty interesting game. I found out about Meepcraft about a year ago, and I loved it since the beginning.
I have recently started playing Piano and i am a pretty good at it as well.
I used to get banned and kicked when I was a Citizen, but i am know much more mature, and I try my best to be kind and nice.

Why you should be Helper? I think i should be Helper because I normally get board to the extent that i just run around in circles, and whenever i see a New player or a player who just forgot a command for example, i try my best to help them and to help them have a better experience at the game. I have started about a month ago to try my best to change my attitude and to listen to everybody on the Server.
If i do become a Helper i would try my best to learn the new commands, and refresh, revise and learn more about the Server and how it runs etc.
Also, modreqs don't seem to take that long to do, so whenever someone is in need or they need help, i will try my best to get to the modreq asap.

What are your weaknesses? Ive been thinking long hard, and i found 2 weaknesses i have.
I have to go to school 5 days a week which would mean i would not be on a lot during the weekdays. When i get home i hop on for a bit (as i am home alone) but when my parents come back i turn it off and start doing homework or studying.
Another one is that i hate it when someone says a word that other don't think is a swear word, but i think it truly is and i personally would give them a warning, and kick them if they do it again.
I do not see any other weaknesses that can affect the Server in any way.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: As i normally have much free time during the weekends, or rarely on weekdays. I would spend that time in /warp kitpvp (if i need money, or for fun) fighting people. As i have seen the number of hackers are increasing rapidly, if they do hack i would already be their with the proof and follow the procedure to get them banned. I would also attend to many /modreqs and i promise you that, as ive loved helping people. When i see someone in /g asking for help ill try my best to do so.

I am not sure if i have seen you online, but the app was ok. You also seem good as a person, i am gonna be a +/- for now.
Try to become more known in the server and get at least Active Member is what i suggest. GOOD LUCK

vrohan, your app was good, activity could be better, but you are indeed helper quality. Improve your in game and forum activity and it will become a +1.

 

Hello! I've seen you a few times only due to time zone issues so I'm not sure where you really stand on helping people out in shout / in game etc!
You seem super nice & eager to help people out, which is very good!
I suggest doing the meantime, become more active on the forums, make sure you learn things(commands) about all aspects of the server. Not just towny commands / rules.
Get on teamspeak more

Overall it's better than some, but needs much improvement. I'd look in accepted apps and maybe ask a friend of a staff member to proofread and give you suggestions.
I have seen you on when I'm up late at night, but it's not very much, and when I do, you're not helping. I'd suggest helping out new players a lot.
I can't really say about TS activity.
Your forums activity isn't that great either. Don't worry, we don't bite.
I'll give you a +.5, you just need to work on a couple things and you should be good.

Hey, Rohan. Here's a few pointers;
- Obviously the first one, try to become a bit more active and interact with the community more.
- Just a little pet peeve of mine, proper grammar and capitalization of all those letter "i"s needs work.
- I won't comment on your forum activity, as I see you are 'active'. I don't think people should be 'forced' to make forum posts just to look active for apps; I often sit around and stalk everything until I find a topic I really get into, and type one really long post vs 100 little ones.
- Your staff app looks better in a paragraph forum, vs a list. If you get denied this time, next time don't press enter after every sentence.

Going to steal someone elses idea and just edit in more tips in blue.

In order to be an effective staff member, you need to be available quite often. Your availability, while I'm sure it may be more flexible than you say, concerns me. Your activity, as stated numerous times, is something that needs improved upon. I have never heard of you, nor seen you before; that could be a time zone issue, but I'm not sure. Increase your activity on the forums as well. Get to know the community. Let the community get to know you.
