Talk when near eachother!

The Title says it all! I was thinking instead of using Teamspeak There is a specicfic plugin which makes it when you are near a player you can hear them with Microphone It might be a bit creepy and a bit like stalking BUT there is ways to setup the commands like

/talk (playername) does not matter how far away you are from them
/talk local (Talk in local chat)
/talk on/off (To turn it on or off

I don't know IF its possible to setup commands like that but dunno Tell me what you Think!

Yes!!! Now when I sneak up on people in the wild to light them on fire... I can have the Jaws theme playing for them to hear. Mua ha ha ha ha



If this idea gets implemented though... I highly suggest a way to mute other players.

On a side note, if this gets put in and you hear the Jaws theme..... You better turn around.

You would have to edit minecraft itself or make an extremely complicated mod.

Reason why I made this thread is because meepcraft team speak was not working so I looked some things up and this is what it came up with but I have used noble before and it's not the best

It would be weird to talk globally lol

 

Mods will need a way to get the more troublesome people to shut up.

For example. If somebody is standing in the spawn blasting music on the mic at horrible decibals. Or simply swearing up a storm. And somebody catches it on video.... Mods should be able to revoke a player's chat privileges.

So does any other self respecting server... I like this option. Because you can just talk to people openly. Not a lot of people use the Teamspeak. I could actually put this idea to use. When I am helping people I would love to talk them through it instead of typing.

And it would make assassinations more epic when you sneak up on them.
