Introduction: My name is Sean.

I'm from the country of Philippines. I'm 13 years of age. My birthdate is on the 30th of September. I was born on the year 2001. My surname is Tan. I'm a chinese-filipino. I can speak English, Tagalog, Bisaya, Hiligaynon and more. I like playing dodgeball, football and basketball, Although I am not the very best on it, I still try to play and try hard. I also like dogs.

I first played the computer at the age of 4. My first game was Warcraft III: The frozen throne. I loved playing Defense of the ancients. Years passed, I played Starcraft and more maps of Warcraft. On the late year 2010. I learned how to play League of legends, It was released on the Philippines not more than a long time. I tried and got the highest achievement I got, Bronze 1.

I first got Minecraft on the late year of 2013. I had a past experience on moderating servers. It was a Philippine server and the owner of the server is just meters away from my classroom. When I first played Meepcraft. I was at spawn trying to ask if I could join a town. Minutes passed, no one replied at me so I thought of finding on my own. I worked very hard to gain the trust of the mayor but then he decided to sell the town so I moved towns. I worked hard, and hard and hard. and got the town rank "Assistant" and was very happy. soon I decided to make my own town and it was the best experience I ever achieved in my life.

Why you should be Helper? I would like to be a helper not for the fame but for the benefit of the server, I am not applying just for my own benefit, but for the whole community and to give happiness and joy to them.

I should be helper not just by my attitude but also my motivations. My first motivation being a helper is not about my fame or the power I get. But instead to give benefit and help the server. As I have past experience on moderating servers, I know the reasons what you need to be a helper. One, the dedication. Second, the attitude, and third, the services offered. as I strongly think that the staff team needs staff on the Asia or Philippine timezone, I stood up and tried. Though I can't help players financially, however, I can help and give advice.

Everytime I help someone and saw their happiness and joy. It melts and brings my heart down that I helped and made them happy. I also believe that I have been around the server for a long time to know how some of the things work. I know how the economy and how the plugins do. I also acquaintanced with some of the staff members before and have enjoyed working with them. When something serious is very needed, I try to get on as fast as I can and try to do the things I am assigned to. As a mayor on several towns before, I know how towny works and the basic commands of it. I also enjoy being with the community, posting on forums and communicating with each other at teamspeak.

Later on, school's ending and summer break's starting. That just means I will be more online on the server as my parents are bringing back the internet on my house and I will always be on.

What are your weaknesses? As I am pretty active, I talk a lot in shout and some can consider it as spam.

Teamspeak can be my weakness as because of my timezone, whenever I get on, some are offline as we don't have the same timezones.

Skype can also be one of my weaknesses, as I particularly don't use skype for communicating, I use teamspeak to be involved in the community more, but I can try my best to get on skype everytime.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: The fact that I can't be always on every day, I still believe that I can try my best and fulfill the duties as a helper. I strongly believe that I am fit for this task and will do the best I can. If I will be helper, I will never let anyone down and do the best of mine.

Just... Just stop. It's actually come to the point where I expect these, yet still it makes my head hurt every time you make an app to know how incapable you are of understanding that you will never make a good helper.

This is self explanatory. Even though it may have not been a good choice (because it was an awful choice), that doesn't give you the rights to make a whole thread about being jealous that he got it, being immature, and pretty much saying that staff are pretty stupid. Why would we want a person like this as staff?

Picture 2:

Just another sign of immaturity. The fact that you used the word "hell" and said it in all capital letters makes is very immature, and if I ever saw a staff member do that, I wouldn't let that get far.

Picture 3:

You just came back about 2 weeks ago. You should really wait a while before applying for staff when you just came back, and try to get involved again. And also, it's your brother's account. What will happen when he comes back?

This is.... oh my gosh. You're happy when a player got scammed. Just damn. What if I was happy if you were scammed? This just shows another sign of your immaturity, and that you don't respect other players at all. It also means you can hate other players very easily. Once again, if I saw a staff member say this, I would request a demotion ASAP and a minor punishment. FYI, that was only 10 days before you made your application. Not a good sign at all.

And your weaknesses section. You did not have immaturity in your weaknesses, so that gives me no hope that you will really be striving to improve that area, where you need to work on the most. I also have a few other weaknesses in mind.

Overall, I don't care if you can be mature, or if you have improved. One time you rage quit and asked for your app to be deleted, which is not what I want to see in a staff member. Your past has shown me that you are nowhere near qualified to be a staff member, and your present self is the same try hard self you are when you try to get staff. Please do us all a favor, and stop applying, until you really really really are willing to get your head in the game.

Maybe when you learn what the difference between what a male and a female is, and you learn how to use proper grammar, then I'll listen to you. As of now, you are clearly biased, and your opinion means nothing to me, seeing as you clearly don't accept anyone's but your own.

In essence, learn how to write and make an unbiased decision before replying.

You haven't been active for the past 1 or 2 weeks. You are still VERY immature. (You don't even know how much emphasis I need to put on "Very", because its definitely a lot) You don't have consistency for sure.
What you were saying to pizzafest was SO VERY IMMATURE and unprofessional. You handled it horribly. You talked like jerk to him. You made him feel even worse. And you were mocking/immitating him. You have no good communication skills what so ever. You make it obvious that you are not the person to be handling a modreq with a new player who doesn't understand how to play. I'm actually pleasantly surprised to see how much you have matured! I see almost no resemblance to the old GummiBirr, in game or on the forums. Good job Gummi; I've seen how you have made an effort in becoming more mature and this time, it pays off.
