Sorry to be honest it's a -1 for me. Here are the reasons
-Never seen you in /shout.
-Application lacked.
-Use the correct format
-Please don't add a poll.

You have applied before and have been given lots of things to improve upon. The application had grammar errors (my English teacher would kill you) and overall it was not a great one, and you don't strike me as very mature, or just capable for the job of staff yet. That said, you seem like a nice enough individual, but until you fix certain things that have already been highlighted to you, I do not feel that you are ready to join the team. -1.

This is not correct conduct to use when you have your own staff application up. Agreeing with a negative comment (openly) is not a good trait for staff to have.

• "New Member" = No forum experience or using an alt to make staff apps. (Which is bad because why would you need to use an alt to apply for staff
• I honestly have never seen you in-game before.
• You spaced out your content to make your staff app seem longer.

Imo, I don't think you are ready for staff, but you can always improve and apply again in two weeks.

 

Alright, so just a few things.
• Stick around for a while, and interact with the community just a bit more.
• "Jcheino as helper?" - Next time, don't put a question mark. Have confidence!
• It's recommended not to make a poll, so next time take that into account.
You've gotten lots of advice as far as grammar and how to space your app, review the tips you've gotten before reapplying.
In your app, you seemed very honest which is a good thing, and your hours are good. Work on the above though, -1 for now.
