Please explain:

How is helping new players, and co-mayoring (the mayor now is your brother) a town which actively taxes people @ 450 resident/500 per plot? Additionally, the town is once again, in violation of plot/resident count which makes me curious how you could manage helping run a server, when there is the inability to run a town according to the simpliest of guidelines, which were put into place to try to protect the very people you want to help now.

 

my brother does not actively play, so I try to attempt to build plots for the mass number of residents there, for the ones that follow what I wrote at warp alpha, they mail me and when I see them on, I give them a plot.MAs for the plot rule, I will rectify it soon.

You have around 150 more residents than plots in your town. You need to do it now.

 

If you need help building plots i.e. Clearing etc I dont mind helping out.

 

Thanks for the offer, but I have some builders who are supposed to do it. Haven't seen em in a while though...

 

Hi SSSoulblade! You made an awesome application try to get on meep a bit more also get on teamspeak more too do those things and you will be a better staff but I think your ready +1

I dont see you helping AT ALL
You just recently had an issue with the plots/resident issue & got your town blocked off...
When you were staff before the previous 2 times I never saw you do a lot of work. Idk if its bc we weren't on a lot at the same time
but the team knows how much each other does & who works really hard and who doesn't..

Soul, I've seen a lot of dedication issues here. You haven't shown that you can really be a good staff, you were one of the ones that were simply 'there.' You also haven't been THAT active recently. The fact that your last demotion had to do with you being stubborn about using a format....really?
You could be a great staff, and you know what you have to do. You just....don't do it.
I'm at a -1 until dedication really improves, at the very least.
