Introduction: Hi my name is tpitt, and I have been playing meepcraft for a long time looked up to those who are staff, play well, and are nice and i've always said "I want to be like them some day" Hope you enjoy my application!

Why you should be Helper? 1. I try to answer peoples questions when they ask something in chat
2. I play fair and be respectful
3. I work hard
4. I am trustworthy and you can believe me for that because I have gotten 4 awards for that at school
5. I do not rush my the builds I do or any other work I have
6. I am usually good at spelling and typing fast so people do not have to wait a long time
7. I follow the meepcraft rules
8. I promise to be a good staff member on meepcraft!

What are your weaknesses? One of my weaknesses sometimes is controlling myself sometimes such as when someone says I am rude or mean but I cannot think of any other weaknesses I have.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I know that I said I was staff on 2 other servers and 1 stopped awhile ago and the other stopped today, and I just wanted you all to know. Thank you for taking the time to read my Helper Application!

How am I immature?

 

Here are some tips....

1. Get friends to read over your app to make sure it's worthy and free of grammar errors.
2. Read over it yourself, adding as much as you can, giving us plenty of information about you.
3. Try to get your hours up. On weekends, sometimes I'm on 12 hours. (Saturday)
4. Maybe get a bit more well known? I rarely see you in shout or ingame, people like staff members they know.
5. Maybe you shouldn't be applying quite yet? I know, I'm only two years older, I know alot of people would dislike me as a staff member because of my age. I'm not saying it's impossible to get Helper at your age, I just think most of the server is around 13-17 and would prefer someone in their age group. You seem really nice, and in a few months, you could make a good staff member. Just keep in mind, being a staff member is alot of work. You aren't just applying for a title, you're applying to devote hours a day to the server, to deal with bratty kids, and overall to be worked out. I've never seen you on teamspeak and rarely see you on forums. Don't take it at impossible, just take it as more of a challenge than it is for others.

 

You haven't improved since your last app in any way.
You used to continue to annoy me after my asking you MANY times to stop, only stopping when I had a staff member come in.

My tips are to make a better app, work on activity on all 3 parts of the server (forums, Teamspeak, and in game), and to actually be helpful...

Ok, thanks for the suggestions, and monkey head get over it You get mad about me wanting to skype you we were friends, and I liked to skype you and playing but then over skype you get mad and make me look bad on the forums.

After reading chaos's mini rant I'm going to try this out.

Forums Activity
-Not a lot of posts/likes
-could use some more posts, I think the old requirements were like 100 posts and 60 likes, so I'll make my basis off of that.

How to improve: Find some threads that you can either make intelligent responses to, or make some witty comments to collect likes and build your reputation, while still being mature and reasonable in the context of your message.

TeamSpeak Activity
(IMO it's hard to judge this)
-haven't seen you on ever

How to improve: Join DJ Ginger, chat with people in Kit, talk about builds with towns players.

Ingame Activity
-haven't seen you active in /g
-no knowledge on how familiar you are with the plugins

How to improve: Participate in conversations in /g, answer basic questions, and be an overall friendly person.

Application
-grammatical errors
-application was very sub-par.

How to improve: Your chances are dramatically decreased if you make a terrible application. Have someone read your application (whether it be a family member or friend) and have them give some criticism on it.

Overall: -1.

Improvements could be made in all fields.

-1. Arguing is not necessarily a good way to prove yourself in any way nor do you get anything out of it. Unfortunately, if you can't handle certain responses and you respond rudely, you are not quiet ready for staff at all. As staff, you have to know how to handle certain responses without becoming angry or offended. These replies are not there to purposely offend you, but rather to help you and it seems you can't quiet tell the difference. Apart from that, I have never seen you in game nor any part of the server.

Not only was the application short, it was poorly written and proved to me that you aren't interested enough to make an application that took at least 30 minutes - 1 hour to write. Overall, I think you are not ready for staff and the responsibilities that come with it. Give yourself some time and maybe in the future you could apply again
