Introduction: My name is mfmjlm, and I'm applying for staff. I'm usually known as mfm, or baby or whatever. I have a zany personality, but I have a serious sense of justice. Although I don't mini mod...unless you count when I say kick or bam......I am fun, and very friendly, but I have a very serious side.

Why you should be Helper? I think I would be good for helper because I have a flexible personality which is cement,if that makes sense

What are your weaknesses? I have silly weaknesses,like people singing off key, but that doesn't apply to the server..right? But my worst weakness is being a little too silly.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I'm not allowed to voice chat. So, if I get accepted, I will most likely have to type only. I hope this isn't a problem if I get accepted.

I'm sorry you think i made a terrible app, but I am on meep a lot. Maybe time zones prevented you from seeing me ig?

 

App was below expectation, never see you on Teamspeak or forums, and you seem a little young maturity wise for the position... Become active on all 3 parts of the server and apply again later!

Never seen such a rude meeper
before. Mfm won't stop making rude comments about me and calls me an idiot 24-7. Also look at her forums picture pushing me off a cliff... You really applied for helper Mfm.. If u got helper I'd quit meep instantly for this -100

This is also a huge problem, you need to speak during your interview.

 

Mfm, actually think you are a very nice person and could make a very good Helper someday. However, currently there are a few things that bother me right now, and I hope you can address them.

- You have a tendency to be fairly immature, but seem to be able to be serious at times. I think you need to work on controlling your 'silliness' better.

-1 hour a day and 1.5 hours on weekends is not very good. Is there no way you can be more active than that?

- Your application was incredibly short, and your Introduction was longer than your Why, which is a big no-no. Here's a guide made by me, for general staff recruitment stuff; I suggest you read it. Furthermore, you should go through the 'Accepted' applications, particularily the ones where people commented 'good application'.

- You don't seem to really have a clue as to what being staff entails. First of all, people saying 'kick' and 'bam' is the bane of every staff member's existence, and partially makes me glad that we removed the announced bans. Furthermore, //yes//, you should have written this on a computer, and it should take you more than 5 minutes to write; at the very least, and hour.

- Voice chat is absolutely required, and without it, you cannot be staff. Period.

 

As I said, being silly is my weakness...sorry if you thought i was being rude D: I never mean to be rude....

 

Yes u do Mfm and it gets very annoying sometimes... Pls change your forums picture and I'll think it through again.

You're going to be called names, insulted, and all kinds of things as a staff member. If you can't handle someone calling you a nub, You can't handle the position.

There is no, ''Well he started it'' either. You are to maintain a distinct level of maturity.

You know that replying is not necessarily a bad thing, right? Actually, I personally think that mfm is doig very well in the way of replying to comments; she's thanking them, but also addressing the issues they mentioned.
