Helper Application from Telinus

We were staff at the same time.
Ignoring the hacking incident, you were simply....okay. there was nothing you did as a helper that really shined.
You're consistently rude and annoying.
I think that if you truly tried, though, you COULD get the position.

 

I have changed my opinions a lot over the last (5 months)?
LOL about the drawing incident, that was actually real.

 

Not as bad as you were. Everyone can stop dwelling on past infractions because I can name some that were accepted back after multiple infractions themselves. +1

Telinus, I'm gonna go for a +1, now you may find this shocking but here is my reasoning behind it.
Your app was mediocre at best but that's all right, your trolls are so weak they don't even feel like trolling, I don't see why people are flaming you for them, besides, if you get accepted, I have a really good chance of getting mod myself, despite the fact that I have a long ban history and all I do on the server is /shout dicing 50k and the occasional trying to convert LoL players to DotA.
All in all, still better than Tapout

Ok so i have a few things.

Application: ehhh, it was decent, it could've been better. It was lacking a few things. It needs to be INTERESTING! I was bored while reading it, thats not a good sign.

InGame: I have no clue what you're like on the server, or how you treat the community. So i can't judge you on this.

Age/Maturity: Now i know this is aggravating, but you're only 13! I know what its like in your position, trust me. I applied for staff over and over again when i was 12-13 and truth be told i wasn't ready, i may have not known it at that time but its the truth. People point out your age for a reason. Although you seem more capable of this position then most other 13 year olds i don't think you're quite ready yet.

My Advice: As a long time meepcrafter i know how this stuff works. Taking on a role of the staff team is a big time consumer, its more work than you think. Its a serious commitment, and commitments are hard at your age, trust me. TAKE ADVICE FROM EVERYONE. Thats big. If you don't get it this time keep your head up, Learn from your mistakes, always keep moving forward, because eventually you"ll get there.

Im gonna disagree. Age doesn't really matter unless your 7-8. If you can show you can be mature, and good for staff you can be 13.
Keep in mind one person was staff when they were 10! So age isn't a huge issue. I agree that telinus is not yet ready for staff.

One more thing. Telinus was staff before. So if he can be it when he was younger he can when he's older.

 

Thats like saying CrueltyGaming or GreenTempest was staff before, meaning that they can be staff now.
Dont use that kind of flawed logic in staff apps.
