Introduction: Hey there, My Name is Bbycakes2012 or bby, cakes, or Emily. Whatever you prefer to address me as!
I'm nineteen years old and currently not in school. I will begin to go to college in August of this year. As of right now I work two jobs. During the week & morning times I work at a daycare. On Thursday through most Saturdays I work at the daycare during the morning time and then I go to my second job in the afternoon at a local cafe to about eleven pm. I've worked there for three years now and the day care for only about three weeks but I love it so much! I plan on going to college for a Business degree or an Athletic Training degree. I LOVE running and working out, In High school I ran cross country and placed second in my region two years in a row and 56th at state in 2013.
I also have a boyfriend of three years now. He used to play meep and is the reason I started PC minecraft and meepcraft! (I used to play xbox version) he quit after about a month because he likes League more but, I've been on meep for a year now! I have a beta town called Gotham & I used to be apart of a huge alpha town called otown but it died out xD I have been staff on meepcraft before, I applied as helper in May of last year & resigned in November of last year as well. I have been not only a helper but I was also a Moderator!

Why you should be Helper? Back when I used to be staff I loved the helper position! I loved being able to assist people with the smallest problems and see them become so happy someone helped them out with the simplest thing such as a command. I still get to do this as a Mayor in my town but its limited to my town and not really server wide and not helping as many as I wish I could be. I hope to again be able to help people server wide with whatever they need assistance with. I try to answer as many questions in /shout as I can when I play. I mostly stay in towny Beta but I still have server wide knowledge on all worlds in the game!
I still know all the staff commands I would need to do my job to the best of my ability as a Helper. I am quite familiar with prism and Hawkeye so I wouldn't need any training with prism just a few runs with it to become re-acquainted with it! I still know all the server rules and punishments (Unless those have changed recently). The staff and most of the community knows my work ethic and personality so I feel like I shouldn't have to go into much detail about it. But I'll touch on it a bit for those who don't. I'm dedicated to meepcraft and I'm a very diligent worker. I always make sure the modreq or whatever issue I am dealing with was 100% done before parting with it. I take my time when I work so I may not get tons and tons of modreq's done a day but the ones I do finish are done to the BEST of my ability and reported the correct way. I strongly believe in quality over quantity. I don't like to cut-corners & I would always report the things on forums I needed to BEFORE I completed the modreq or banned the person(s). If I was unsure in something you would see me spamming all the staff chats getting help! I tried to never do anything without being 110% confident I was doing it correctly. I would even tell players if I wasn't sure, I don't want them to think I "know it all" when I don't. I would let them know I will look into it and let them know as soon as I got an answer or solution to the problem. If I didn't have the time to do a long modreq I wouldn't claim any, I don't like having to pass something on to someone else simply because I didn't have the time. Unless it was an emergency or something. I've handled several types of modreq's on meepcraft and I'm quite to familiar with the ones that happen most commonly. Like theft and Grief etc. I still believe that I am able to handle the job as helper and can tackle a good amount of modreq's when I play. I don't really do much on meep anymore so any time I am on I will be more then likely doing all staff work. lol
I'm active on forums, Team Speak, Skype and in game so I have all the qualifications in activity.

What are your weaknesses? I don't have a gazillion hours to devote to meepcraft like I did previously to resigning. That's why I resigned for those who missed it. I was dealing with Highschool finals, working on traveling to colleges, applications & finding another job so I was super swamped with real life issues and didnt have much time for meep. Recently I've gained some more time and usually play meep in my free time. I work every day of the week mostly but my work schedule changes week to week so some days I get to be off (like today)! Thursday and Friday you probably wont see me on at all.
I know staff members need to be active and all but I believe if someone is a good staff member and they do good quality work when they are online it's okay if they can't play every day or 5+ hours a day etc. I'm going to try to devote any free time I can to meep if i get the staff position or not. I love playing & love the community and being apart of it!

If you read my previous staff applications you'll know I struggle with my confidence in my work. Like i said before I like to know I'm doing something 100% right and without error so I hesitate or re-check my work a gazillion times in some cases so it takes me longer. But when I was mod my second time around I did a lot better on this but my work quality remained good in my opinion. Especially with me going back to staff I'm going to be a little rusty so this still applies to me.

I'll be honest I SUCK at pvp & don't care for it at all. I know zilch about hacking & someone could be hacking and I would probably be oblivious to it. I only have 1 hacking ban & it was someone afk with auto-clicker. lol I've tried to learn more about it & moderate pvp a little more when I was mod but I got really busy & resigned. If I did get staff I would work on this more & try to improve my knowledge!

Basically I feel as right now my main weaknesses would be not tons of playing time, my confidence in my work, and how i suck at pvp stuff.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I'm sorry If I've repeated myself a billion times or if i sounded like a broken record. I tried my best not to! hehe I have missed being apart of the staff team since I resigned. I regret it a lot & wish I would have stayed.
I hope the community and my ex-fellow staff members would like to see me back in this position again! I don't expect to get it back at all so lets make that clear! If I don't get the position I will continue to play and help out the people of meepcraft as I can!
Anywho, I think that's all I have to say on this applications. I tried to keep it shorter then my Moderator application / book I wrote last year.

As for your last two weaknesses; with the confidence, I struggle with that often, so if (when ) you get accepted, we could share tips. Not to mention hacking I'd love to help teach you to recognize hackers.
