Introduction: Hello everyone, I'm Max, And i want to apply for helper,I've been in Meepcraft long enough to know the rules and different commands in the game, I'm 15 Years Old As it Says above,I'm a high school student, living the life. I enjoy being with friends and family.

Why you should be Helper? Well, I'm actually a helping drifters with commands, And i would like to countinue helping with /modreq I'm actually extremely active but people don't notice me since i'm probably building or just talking to friends in local but when i talk in shout i try to help people as much as i can. I have never been banned for an offend, And i don't kicked much since i was here long enough to know the rules and follow them,I don't really play on other minecraft servers so, I have a lot of time to play And help people.

What are your weaknesses? 1. Immature, I'm a little immature at some times, But i'm trying to avoid being immature and i'll try and be more mature in the near future, It's actually a big problem for me since i've actually made some Meeper unhappy because of my behaviour.
2. Ts Activity, I'm soo inactive at TS becausei don't like people to hear my voice, But, If i had to. i will.
3. Skype, I don't skype at the moment, but i will get it as soon as possible if required.
4. Miss judging offends, I really don't know about punchiments for offenders, Such as hacks, Language, etc... I'm afraid that It'll affect me later, But i'm planning on learning from Mods And S-Mods.

-1. You don't have skype and skype is our main method of communicating.

Your Introduction: Your introduction consisted of 4 lines. That on its own is terrible. Not only was the introduction short, it didn't introduce yourself enough for any of us to know you better.

Your why: I found it way too short and there was not enough information given. Sure, you want to help out, that's what every helper wants to do (hence the title). But you did not once state your worth ethic, justification or anything that is enough to convince me of your abilities as staff. to me, this proves you are not ready to put the effort into writing an application so how are we supposed to expect you to put the effort into your job?

Weaknesses: You didn't really state how you would avoid these weaknesses. Your maturity is also something I have witnessed first hand as I have on many occasions experienced a different side of you. For example: When I was trying to help you with a pay scamming case, you accused myself and other helpers of "not doing our job properly" and you bashed us down for trying to assist you. Also in game, you tend to be impatient. I said I would speak to someone for you when I had the opportunity and you continuously say "please speak to him", "have you spoken to him yet?" etc. You also constantly say things that make me question how you would be as staff.

Conclusion: You didn't include a conclusion which is not good at all due to the fact that it did not finish off your application and you did not explain the final bits of your part.

Overall I have to say its a no. I think there was basically not enough effort put into this application as well as it was extremely short. Also, your immaturity worries me immensely. I do not believe you possess the necessary requirements to become staff.

You will be receiving a -1 from me, because of the following reasons:

- Immaturity. I would rather call it rudeness, because you've been quite rude to me in game.
- Skype, even if you don't use it often, a staff member should be able to use Skype in the correct way (aka being sure of how to use it)
- Introduction, who are you? Staff members are not just players with green or red names. They are people, and people that are going to get recruited for staff have to be able to explain who they are.
- Application. It was bad overrall. I know english is your second language, but that wasn't the problem. It was the structure, how it was built up. No justification, no work ethic, no experiences. These are points that are very worthy of being mentioned.

Hello Killer!
I rarely seen you on in-game and have never, until this morning, seen you on the forums.
You are rather rude and shows immaturity within you.
The app was not only not proofread, but it looks as though you didn't even take the time to write it.
It is very apparent that you have no clue about the position you are applying for from just by reading your app.
And to top it all off, you don't have Skype. Which every person applying should have before applying, not getting it as soon as they get staff.
Please take the tips given by me, and others to benefit yourself.

Just no. You are one of the most immature people I know here. Like very immature. You can't take criticism (else where on the forums), activity is eh, and so was the app. It's not good when your weakness part is longer than your why part. -1

 

I'm gonna make a suggestion, if staff would do this.
Many people have no idea who you are since your forums name is not the same as your ingame name. I'd suggest asking a staff member to delete your forums account first and for you to create another one, or possibly change the name, or for the staff member to move over all your likes and points.

- Don't see you helping
- Don't see you in shout or teamspeak (Maybe timezones, but I see you ingame alot, so it doesn't fully explain it, unless your ts name is different too, which you can change)
+ I don't know you well, but that means you can show me who you are and give a good impression still
