Introduction: Hi my name is Alex as you all know, and I wanted to tell you a bit about myself.
I love to run, and I try to do it as much as I can.
Also, I'm serious in school, especially math.
After school, I take care of my next door neighbor's son. Other then that, I love drawing anime, cartoons etc. The thing that I do the most is play video games, as you can see. I have 1 brother, and 1 sister who are annoying. (I think some of you can relate to that that).
Last but not least, I enjoy playing with my friends on meepcraft, and being a helpful person.

Why you should be Helper? I think I have what it takes to be helper, because I am serious in my work, and I try to execute my work so it's perfect. Actually, I realize if someone needs help, and you were in that problem wouldn't you want help? When I think about that I know that If I can help others I can help myself too. What better way then playing on meepcraft? I have become more respectful towards others, which I think a staff member needs to have. Over all, If I can help someone I have just eased them from having any problem. That's what helper is all about. Meepcraft is no trouble for me either, I am really active online and on the other 3 additional communications. It would be a really neat experience to try something I have never done, recently having a passion for something that makes some feel good and being a benefit to the staff team. I am very patient, which will help extremely like in modreqs. Also, I have a need to always be fair. Why? Because whenever something is unfair, I put myself in the other persons shoes. How would it feel like? But most importantly, is treating someone that way kind? No. So that's when it can come in handy. Other then that, I think these are the main reasons I should be picked. One more thing. If I have these problems, I should try to mend them. Trying to be better every day is one of the most important things to life? Right?

What are your weaknesses? Weaknesses. Here are some that I am humiliated about, but I should change them for the better.
-Maturity: Here's one thing I need to work on, but I have improved on. I can get chaotic in chat, but I have become more mature. Everyday, I do. Sometimes I see people say how I'm improving. I need to work on it, but it's not to the point anymore that I can be called immature all the time.
-Team Speak: I am on teamspeak a lot, but when no one really is on. I am very shy sometimes, so I like to talk in small groups. I think that I am active on there, but need to come used to being on more in the afternoon, where I need to be on.

Those are the 2 main things. Other then that, I think I will be strong.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Nothing really. Be honest! I would like to see your honest feed back so I can become better.

.....Anyone applying for helper should know that the RULE is, your ts name has to be the same as your IGN.
That alone is worth my -1.
You haven't really stated any real reasons why you should be helper. You don't have to be helper, to help. You haven't given me a reason, using your attitude or your application.
No reason why you should be humiliated about weaknesses, we all have 'em, it's cool.
I'm sticking with a -1 for now, but good luck.

I have seen this coming for a while now. You have recently started doing the classic "I-will-soon-apply" exhibition in shout. Now, there is nothing wrong with trying to help new players, IF you had not started with it a couple days before your application - seems like it was not a coincidence after all. Otherwise, you keep mentioning staffing either directly or indirectly in global channel - making you a bit annoying (among other things).

As far as maturity goes - you are mediocre. Not bad for 13 years old, but not the standard for a staff member.

Forums - nothing really struck me as constructive or helpful coming from you lately.

Your application - a bit chaotic, does not stand out.

Alex, you and I are really good friends, but I don't usually take that into consideration with staff apps.
Basically, everyone above has said what has been needed to say.
So for me, it's a -1.

 

-1, I believe that for the past month you've been putting on a "nice guy" kind of personality, just to become staff. Don't get me wrong, you're a great person, but I feel that you are putting up an act just to become staff, give it a month or two and you'll get a +1 from me!

If you think that is 100% true, then you are far from qualified for the position.

 

By just seeing this I can see you are not qualified for a position on the staff team. Yes, proving your worth is a part of being on the team. But you need to show what you'e got rather than jumping right in.
My vote is gonna have to be a -1 for now. Show the server what you've got to offer!
