Why you think I'm Good for the Job: Back when I was exclusive, we dug lots of holes and Im very patient, so when there is a bunch to do I will do it. (If Im online)Plus, I don't need to waste my time buying new shovels because I have /fix. Having /fix will save lots of money and Instead of taking breaks and doing that I can type 4 characters in.

The Project is a go!

We have enough people interested and backups if need be if someone quits! This really if done right will be the place to be, a magnificence town, but yet functional. I am very happy with the building crew, we have one of the best builders on meep noblefish_. Also we have a semi new terraforming crew but they will get it done . If you haven't been accepted and want a position mail me ig or start a convo with me! I am down for one of the builders but I can be replaced!
Responsibilities

I have Xkiller_syx as my assistant at hand. He will help manage the project financial and keep people to the deadline when I am not on. Also if you need a good pick as a digger do to his shop he has stuff for cheap! /pwarp E

Diggers

The diggers must cohere to these few basic rules.

1.) You must have a god pick and shovel(I will not waste my time on stone tools.)

2.) Must have good efficiency no slackers or you will be fired

3.) Listen to me and Xkiller_syx

The diggers will mine to bedrock the outline that I have made for them. Then once finished the will put a flat floor at z 4 of stone so the builders have a nice area to build with. Gummibirr is the head digger and he will get you all organized next friday to get digging. I will pay you 150k upfront and 150k upon finish. If you quit you must pay me 150k + 25k for wasting my time . I will need to meat you IG for you to agree to the terms.

Builders

Builders must cohere to these basic rules

1.) Have a good pick and axe

2.) Listen to me, Xkiller_syx and noblefish_

3.) Download the map http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/the-largest-minas-tirith/ and build from it

The builders will build almost perfect replica except one thing, the walls will be made out of snow, because its brighter, looks nice, cheaper, and has variety. The buildings will be made in accordance to the picture. Noblefish_ has indicated that he might want ya'll to have skype so if so you must cohere. You'll be paid 300k upfront and 200k at the end. If you choose to quit you must pay me 300k + 50k for wasting my time and the other builders.

Terraformers

Must cohere to these basic rules

1.) Have god tools

2.) Must make it to jmelara's, and Xkiller_syx approval

The terraformers may need another member so if interested please apply and show me some of your work. You might have some digging to do so please be aware of this. Also your pay is 300k upfront and 200k upon finish. If you choose to quit you'll pay the 300k back + 100k for wasting my time at the end of this great build.

Gathers

You work off commision from what you mined for me. I do reserve the right to fire you at any time if I see you are slacking. I will buy everything you mined on every Friday. Also I have the right to not buy stuff you mine if it is not needed. Please mine these blocks if you want to make the most money

1.) Snow(I suggest you make a snow factory)

2.) Quartz Blocks

3.) Sandstone

4.) Glass

5.) Stone

6.) Stone Slabs


The official timeline


Digging: Starts 1/16/15 ends 2/16/15


Building: Starts 2/17/15 ends 4/1/15


Terraforming: Starts 4/2/15 ends 5/2/15


Gathering: Starts 1/13/14 ends when materials are no longer needed

I just have a quick question.. the total of the payments you are offering everybody goes well over 10mil if I did my guesstimates right.
You will be able to pay everybody, right? >.> I checked your balance, and it seems to be 3-4mil..

 

Yes for one you didn't check my town balance which is 6 mil, two I have loans out and three I have a lot of valuable blocks

So I was sceptical at first, then I checked out the map itself on PMC and it actually seems really cool! I'm not a hardcore lord of the rings fan myself, but I've seen the movies (and Hobbit too) and I love the idea of Middle Earth

Why you think you’re good for the job: First of all, I'm dedicated. I may not be the best builder when I freestyle in creative (don't even get me started) but following a downloaded map should be a lot easier! I think I'll be a good addition because I'm also easy to work with (I think)

Conclusion: Digging might aswell be the hardest job on minecraft. I have the skill and knowledge to carfefully and skillfully dig holes down to (Y).

Why you think you’re good for the job: Ive have alot of building experience ive built for server my own server and have 2 builds on meepcraft atm and thing they are very well done and ive started from where I use to build squares and now im like this looks square EW! Lots of time on meepcraft spent building also I was told to apply
