There is nothing wrong with the fact that he applied. He was obviously feeling ready so he applied. Just because someone doesn't do as they were suggested to do doesn't mean it is/was a bad decision.

 

I did not say it was a "bad decision".

After the recent posts made by him, I advised him not to.

If he feels it was ready, it's his right to believe that.

I felt it was a decision, with poor moral judgement and reasoning.

 

-1. no Skype? Unfortunately that's a huge issue due to the fact that it's one of the main ways the staff communicates with one another. I don't see you as staff, I do not believe you possess the necessary qualities at this time.

Everyone is suggesting his application was short, It was not. The new system for applying is different. You answer some questions, and your application is put together by the machine using the information you gave to the quiz. His app was NOT short. The new system only makes it look short, so please stop adding to your vote the fact that his application was short. It is the new system that was added to the forums. Go take a look at the quiz yourself. His application is just the questions he answered for the quiz put together by a machine.
