Selling 21 plot Castle town, ready to be a mega shop!

Hello all,

Here I am again selling another piece of my work. I made this 21 plot Mountain Top castle town on the highest mountain I could find in alpha. The castle has 5 floors or 6 if you add the tower. I have started another 2 plot wing onto the castle as well as a second tower. Kept in mind this is a town that I am selling not just a castle, there are no residents, the town has 22 plots 21 of which are just the castle. This is one solid building all designed around becoming a shop, I already have almost 200 chests set up with specific materials in item frames. If your looking to become a business owner this castle is set up and ready for you to launch your career. Or if you already own a town this would be one heck of a pwarp shop. I am asking 600k and I am firm on this price, please keep in mind that this is also a town, the name is Transylvania.

well, idk if you know me, but I've been banned 56 times(or so). I'm trying to get unbanned, and I can make money and buy this, if you'd like to wait. You don't have to.

This isn't an auction I am simply selling the town / building. first person to offer me the requested 600k or close to it will walk away with the building. It can be bought and claimed as an outpost if need be.

 

Its a good looking castle. If i had the meebles i'd consider it.
