Introduction: Hello my name is Joshua, But on meep you know me as xXCodVPro5Xx. I'm 13 years old and I live in wales (UK). I am pretty shy I like kept to myself but I have been growing out of that over time. I respect everyone as thou they are my elders even if they are younger than I am. I am part of my schools rugby team and I am also the team captain so I understand what its like to work as a team, I'm a hard worker I never quit till the job is finished. I'm a quick learner and a good listener, In an argument I will help to resolve it the first time so it shouldn't happen again, because arguing doesn't solve anything just makes the argument longer and more frustrating for others.

Why you should be Helper?: I believe that I would be a good staff member for this server. This is because I am a responsible and dedicated person, with previous moderation and administration experience on other servers, and a lot of free time on my hands. Also, I enjoy helping people and gaining new online friends through Minecraft. Furthermore, I have played on this server for a while now and I am quite knowledgeable about it.

Community Standing: I am an incredibly active member of the community both in game and on the forums (although my teamspeak activity could be better than it currently is, which I will explain later). Not only does this activity create good relationships with the playerbase, but I also have a great deal of friendships with staff. These current (and hopefully future) friendships with staff members make myself easier to work with and easier to get along with in general. After all, it is a staff team.

Weaknesses:
•My activity on Teamspeak also isn’t the best. I have been trying hard to get my activity up but half the time when people really are on Teamspeak it's like 2am where I am.
•My Shyness prevents me from talking to total strangers in teamspeak which may make it a little hard for me in the interview if this gets accepted for interview but once I am talking to you for about 2-3 minutes I should feel a little more comfortable.

I don't know how "popular" you are, but I've never heard of you. Because this is the first time I've seen you (teamspeak, ingame or forums), -1.

I see you in KitPVP often, but you never talk in global. You never really explained how you could be helper in your "Why should you be Helper/Mod?" section.

Im going to go with my gut and say +.5. I see you on a lot. Your friendly/nice. I don't see you help or talk a lot on chat. Never seen you on TS. Also try and bring up forums activity. Good luck!

For this one simple reason.

There is a bug with nations, where if you are in the same nation with a town, that has its spawn disabled for public, you can still teleport to it.

I have found you in a private town, with a locked spawn and explained that you should not be there.

You had the arrogancy to tell an Ultimate the coordinates of the town, and teleport you out of the entrance area, in which you were locked, to get a (I quote now) "sneak peak at the town".

Far from Helper material.

 

-1 honestly I don't hear much from you. I would like to see you get a bit more involved with the server. You are active, but I just don't see anything extraordinary about you. Not enough to be helper quite yet.

 

-1. Honestly, I thought you left the server or something. I have't seen you in a while which means you are not too active. Though this may be due to timezones, I am on fairly often. I think you have potential but the application didn't show me what you are capable of or prove to me that you wanted it. The application was very short and I don't believe you are ready for staff just yet.

You seem like a good guy, being more active than I am usually on weekdays but what I think you should improve on are some unique qualities you have, or why just YOU and not all the other helper applications should be accepted. Explain more on the *Why* section. Sure, you think you'll be a good addition to the team, but why? What is it that you can do, that no one else can?

I have more to add. You are a great person, but I feel like you are doing this for yourself. Recently only you have been helpful. You are being helpful only now, besides this I haven't seen anything that makes me believe you would be a good addition.

 

This, so which borders scamming, makes me cringe that a helper would do something like that.
