Potion Effects

Implement a command that allows players to buy select potion effects for meebles. These would include haste, speed, jump boost, fire resistance, night vision and water breathing, and would be sold in thirty minute increments for 10,000-20,000 meebles each. To keep players from overusing this, and to mantain the value of potions, this command would have a cooldown of a few hours. The implementation of this would serve as a way to bring money out of the economy while providing something useful for player.

 

Why pay 10 to 20k for 30 minutes of potion effect when you can easily buy and use the potions themselves for a fraction of that price?

 

We could work a new donation perk into this. Each rank gets a discount on effects - VIP 10%, Premium 21%, Exclusive 33%, Elite 46%, Supreme 60%, Ultimate 75%. These could be changed at the admins' will, of course.

Potions should be implemented for supreme+. I think only a few potion effects such as speed, night vision, and haste. I do not think this should be a thing that you can buy. Just like /fly. +/-

+1, while I'm not sure if temporary potion effects are the answer, but I do think limited time perks for meebles is a great idea.
