Introduction: Hi! First, I'm a girl. The username always confuses people. You may call me Katie. I am a dancer. I love cats. I have an awesome calico female cat who is 2. I absolutely loved Mockingjay part 1. I'm super excited for part 2. I love playing skyblock and parkour. Self challenging things are cool, I guess. I like minigames too. I can play the piano and flute. I speak French, Latin, and English. I am homeschooled! I am hoping to work in the medical field when I'm older.

Why you should be Helper/Mod ?:
I am an experienced staff member. I have been Co-owner on ***. I am Admin on ***, and Admin on ***. I have been Head-Admin on ***. Throughout my staff journey on these servers, I've picked up how to work with Coreprotect, Essentials, and assisting players with basic commands. I am a hard worker. I like dealing with people and watching chat. I can detect rulebreakers. I am a babysitter, and I deal with some unruly children. You can see how that experience can help me with punishing accurately and effectively.

Weaknesses: I have been inactive for awhile, and just now joined the website. This puts me in the uncomfortable position of not knowing the players, but I intend on being much more active from here on out. ( But please understand, as the holidays are approaching I will be travelling ) I have a habit of getting into spats. I find myself wanting to be right. I can get ticked when someone isn't honest. I have recognized that and I am working on improving myself in that area.

Conclusion: I'm experienced. I am friendly. I can speak in complete sentences, if that helps. I understand that this application is a long-shot as I haven't been active, but I thought I would get myself out there

Just try to get as active as possible. Most apps get denied because of no TS or just never seen.

Are you talking about how I put where I am staff? I thought that it was better to have proof, but I will be sure to take that out on the next application.

 

The helper position is not anyything about core, essentials, protection. that's an admin's job.
A helper's job is to help players. Hence 'Helper.'

I'd suggest getting active on all 3 aspects of the server.

Oh and I forgot to mention that you can't be helper if you are staff on a server or servers.

 

I think your nice, but I'm not sure you really get the server...

I'm writing this on 6% so imma make it quick.

First, I fee as if you're just trying to get a high ranking on a lot of servers, then spend maybe an hour on each. Meepcraft has reached 1000 players on at once at one time, which is a lot for a towns server. Having new member as your forum title is also a big no. Also, I don't think you took a good look over the rules. This server is very strict on its no advertising other servers policy, which means all those servers name will likely be censored. Also, because the server is big, doesn't mean players get known quickly, so if you really want helper on this server, get out Ingame for a month, and get known. Also, you are probably still the citizen rank (just guessing, because Ive never seen you Ingame, and most new players that apply for staff haven't donated yet, no offense) I've been playing this server for over a year. Most people think I'm annoying, dislike me, or don't even know me. Yeah, I don't have team speak, which is one of the many reasons I myself would never apply for helper, mainly because team speak is Required to get helper, Skype is too, and you would of known that if you had read the staff requirements at the top of the thread list in The staff application section of forums.Don't take this the wrong way, I just think you're either going about this the wrong way, or going about it on the wrong server. Also, change your forums name to match your username?


I get your high up on all those servers, but please don't just walk in and expect everyone to give you everything just because your high up on other servers.

Hello Katie. I'm going to attempt to type this on my tablet. Apologizes for typos. Furthermore, I do believe I was just speaking to you on team speak a few minutes ago. You might want to just let people know you now have team speak - though I don't recommend editing the application. That is always an auto-deny. Anyways, You're pretty new to the server and today is the first time I've seen you around. Meepcraft is very community-orientated and so the chances of getting promoted to a staff rank while being so unrecognizable are slim to nothing, really. Another thing, if you are Admin on two other servers already - you shouldn't be applying to be so on more. It shows disloyalty and lack of dedication. You seem like a nice person on team speak but I also feel as if you may be using the "I'm a girl." part as the first sentence of your introduction to "wedge" your way in. That's not exactly how it works here. I've decided to -1 your application for now, but I wish you luck wherever you may end up, if not on Meep. Hope to see you around, regardless. Good luck.

 

Before applying again please take this into consideration:

1. Read all of the tips on the pinned thread called "Staff Recruitment". This contains many tips and how an app should be put together.
2. Get more known in the community. We want to know our staff members, and if we don't know them we can't really base an opinion.
3. Make sure you have all the requirements for the application and use common sense. I advise you look at the "Rules" sections at this website to check up on anything you might not know.
4. This goes with getting more known BUT you also need to help people in chat. This doesn't mean bribing anyone to get above on the app, but can be anything from helping someone build or answering questions in chat. Just anything that lets us know in chat (if you feel you need to reference it in your app then don't put in app in; you should be confident that people have observed your helping)
5. Work on your application. I really want more on your Why section. Why you should be Helper too (know the job of a helper as stated in other replies). Also work on your weaknesses, by your next app I do not want to see TS or forum activity under that section. An example of something that would fit under that category would be Maturity for example (not saying that is applying to you) or the ability to argue.
5. Work on your teamspeak activity and forums activity. Although teamspeak isnt that important it is nice to speak with the community. Forums should be used actively and post constructively.


That was my advice for you, my vote is +/-. Your app wasn't as nice as it could've been and you need more knowledge of the server. You seem like you have experience as a staff member but you must know that you need to prove it by being helpful, not advertising all the servers you have been staff in.
