    +1. let me start with the fact that you were a previous staff member. You were good at your job and know (most of) the things that you have to do as staff. You are quiet mature. You have been inactive for a while which is -, but that won't effect your job (hopefully). I don't see you going inactive if you get accepted. Your app was great. These are the reasons that you would make a great staff member (again). I am very picky when it comes to staff applications, but you have what I think is perfect for staff!

    +/- I know how awesome you are when you are staff but when you weren't you got a little mean. Not so much that people didn't like you, just made it seem like being staff gave you a mask of kindness because of that I can't give you a plus one. I am sure I'll be seeing you as staff though.
