Introduction:I have played minecraft for about 3 years and know all the commands and whats bad and whats good. I liked to enforce the rules but not push it on to hard. I like being apart of good staffs like this one

Why you should be Helper/Mod ? I think i should be a mod because I have a lot of xp as one I am great at enforcing the law i dont give people stuff or let them break the rules. Another reason i want to be apart of your staff because it is an amazing staff earlier i could post a thread but with staff help i could and i want to be apart of the staff and help people and build cool stuff because the spawn is beast.

Weaknesses:I am an ok builder not the best.

 

Are you sure the age is correct?

I don't think a 22 years old would put something like this out and be happy with it.

-Position change says nothing about your current rank(Im guessing you are Drifter).
-Building isn't weakness in Staff part. You are applying for Helper, not Builder or Tech.

-You can't apply for Mod…you apply for helper. And xp doenst matter, its used in Enchanting. Also, you wanna be apart of staff? Don't apply then. Like I said earlier, Helpers don't help people in building stuff, you are not applying for builder!

You seem very new, so I'm guessing you're not super-well-versed in the rules here. Allow me to explain, in a helpful and not condescening tone.

While you seem to have gotten down the format of the application, you missed out on a few of the details. Staff applications are meant to be a showcase of what you have done and can do, while making sure the staff knows your personality weaknesses via the weaknesses section. Weaknesses are like,
-I am very argumentative.
-I am immature for my age.
-I am super compulsive.

and so on and so forth. Those are examples, so don't think I mean you, or anyone specifically.

Another thing is your well-knownness. Generally, you need to be able to familiarize yourself with the server, TeamSpeak, and the forums a good bit before applying. Try to see if staff will notice you before you apply in the first place as a candidate for the Helper position.
Also, to be able to apply for Moderator, you need to be a Helper first. Staff ranks are in this order:

Helper
Moderator
SuperModerator
Administrator
Owner (Fuzzlr)

To apply for Mod, you need to apply for, and get the Helper rank, and then have a month+ of helper experience and a good work ethic under your belt.
As for the rest of the application, what you've told me gives me almost no information about you.
Are you a people-person? Do you do your best work behind the scenes? How long have you been on the server? What rank are you ingame? You mention that you're 22, but that only gives me an inkling of what your goals and personality are.
Spend some time ingame, get your name out there, go on TeamSpeak, post on forums, and more!

Overall, good luck!

 

Please look into some other accepted Helper applications and some threads on what to put and what not to put in apps. I would also suggest correcting your grammar and spelling, this may be the internet but this server accepts nothing but the best individuals.

And you are 100% positive about that? I do not mean to sound mean or humiliate you, but I would expect such an application from a 10-12 years old. You have got all the reasons above for this -1.

People would appreciate you spending some time working with the community, before they give you a thumbs up.
