Introduction: Hi everyone. So it's been a while since you all have seen one of these -- almost a year. In this time I have moved on to my sophomore year of high school and switched schools. I've been a part of this server for two years now and I've enjoyed every minute of it (including my assorted rough patches with @Fuzzlr ) So, I thought I might take a chance at this as it's been my goal for a while to become staff and I've come very close two times (interview). Moving on, please take a chance to read this application or skim through it, whichever kind of person you are, and enjoy every minute of it.

Why: As said above, I have been a part of this server for two years now. I have seen it's ups and its downs and stuck with it through all. Throughout this time, I have strived to become a member of the staff team. Whenever I am online, which I admit, hasn't been enough for the past week, I try to help where I can. Granted, on forums I have been a little rude lately. But, some family issues have taken a hold of my emotions recently and I've said some things I shouldn't have. I am happy to say, however, that these issues have passed and I am back to my normal self. Going back to what I was saying, I strive to make this server a better place through my many accepted and pending suggestions and my help in game. As staff, I would take my newfound privilages to double and even triple my current help that I can give. I have been accepted for interview twice now over my meepcraft career and I haven't done too well on either. In the first one, I didn't have time for an interview, which led to my denial. In the second, I was stumped by an odd question (@BooBear1227 ) and once again led myself to denial. This time, I hope to be more collected in my manner and I will strive to do all that I can if I am accepted.

Weaknesses: I can type without thinking if bias comes into the question. I am actively working to improve this. I have a somewhat recent ban (about a month now) but I hope that will not hinder your thoughts of me. As said already, a few family issues have prevented me from helping as much as I should have in the past week or so.

-1, your attitude is not conducive in staff, and I do not believe at this time you are capable of leaving your personal issues with other people at the door to moderating things from a neutral position.

-1 You can't be staff/owner of any other server whilst being a staff member of meep. Also you are rude on occasions and you dont seem devoted. Also you dont help and you dont play that much

You're sometimes pretty rude, and I don't really see you helping that much. Also, you get WAY too carried away and go overboard when someone disagrees with you.

 

I don't agree with some of you. I would really like to see him in a staff position. He is mature enough (Look at the current staff team....) Martiniq has a great capability when it comes to being un-biased. +1

What scares me here is that I can see on this thread you suddenly put on a "nice" act... I can just see you rolling your eyes at the people who -1 for reasons I'm sure you find invalid.
I don't personally know you, and I rarely see you in-game... The above is based off your forum posts.

PS, you should add grudges to the weakness section, I can name a few who you're always having a go at.

-1 martinq17, I don't see you as a good candidate for staff, as you are pretty rude and not very active. Personal issues leaking in to staff work can be very bad, and if they can influence your attitude on the forums and in game, they defiantly will affect your staffing abilities. In your application, it explained why you wanted to be staff, but not why'd you be a great addition to the team, and the weaknesses section was much smaller than it should have been.

 

So not a specific reply to this but to everyone, yeah I'm pretty rude. Other than that, ohDraqq, Jonneh scammed me so I got the account banned and gave it back.

it's one thing to say you were rude, and you fixed it and because better, but you are currently rude.
You need to fix things.
I see you as a good candidate, but, you need to work on the attitude for at least a month.
