We will get the bad out of the way first, -1. The reason my vote is there is not because I fail to see any potential from you, because I do see potential. As of yet nothing has quite popped out from you that would instantly make me say, "Yeah, I can see that person as a great staff member."

I would suggest taking an additional month, working out those weaknesses, and finding a way to seperating yourself from the applicant pack.

Being well known or popular shouldn't have anything to do with getting staff. If it's a reason that your base people off of you should be staff; now do you understand that staff isn't for popular people? Staff applicants should be know and seen by the community, doesn't mean you have to talk to everyone and eye.


For an example; I could care less if people remember me or talk to me. But behind my screen is me; I could be one of the best staff fit for the position, but none will none till I get the chance to prove. But your saying that since I don't want to become well known I can't exactly become staff unless I am exceptional?
