You are a great guy and great friend. You have an amazing Modreq count and I think you do a pretty good job moderating the server. It's just that before you were Helper you would always talk to me on TS and respond to my messages ingame. Now I feel that you kind of ignore me and others. Bob, you know I love you and all, but I don't feel like you interact with enough players. I don't see you using /shout often and conversing with other people. I do see you attending to modreqs and actively kicking/banning players.

If you would show your face in global more, it'd be a +1.

I was demoted for being an idiot. I was granted the title of moderator and I did my job, but I also did some very bad things that were and still not moderator-appropriate. The more details are in the "My Demotion" section.

 

That's biased as shazam, tbqh. I understand there may have been some harsh personal feelings, but I don't feel like that's solely worth a -1

Regardless, your staff qualities are on point. You're helpful, attentive to chat (which staff really need to take notes on I'm sorry I love you all), and you're friendly. Your maturity is shaky, but I mean, it happens to everyone. I'll give you a tenative +1 because I think you can handle it, just work on stuff above.

I think you would be a great mod and those hours are lies you are on way more then 1-4 yours a week day more like 2-5
