I'm sorry, I can't hold this back.

You're such an idiot when you think that you can get accepted by doing nothing, and as your actions indicate, you are an idiot (this should change before you apply if you do ever again and you probably will). You keep spamming with your applications. Your actions are stupid, you sound like a five year old, and you have no ability to take insults whatsoever. You are also a huge agitator and ask to get roasted whenever you are insulted.

Not to mention you're nowhere close to staff quality. By being annoying, naive, just plain stupid, and you've applied fifty million times in the past and have gotten denied. Why in hell should this one be accepted if none of the other ones were?

If you ever get accepted for Helper I will scream and slam my head into my desk so hard that I either get instant amnesia and forget everything you said in the application, or die from blunt force trauma. Either one is good. -2

 

Don't "ok" me, I want reassurance that you will actually make an attempt to fix your numerous flaws, unlike the past four apps.

read the comments and do what they give you as advise. and if you think because your rank is ult that you have a higher chance of getting staff rank: you are wrong. everyone is the same on that part. Just to let you know if you didn't or forgot it.

 

honestly, youre immature, i never see you help people, i think you want this a s a title you can show off(i may be wrong but this is what i think) as da_nub_slayer said you brag a lot... part of he reason i think you want it for bragging rights, he shares my veiw on that im sure. and you are immature. give it some time and work on all the tips people give you.(by time a mean a few months... like 4-6 months)

I don' really care what any of you say none of you want me as staff none of you want to be my friend all of you hate me what ever you all tell me to do its hard to become some of what you all say this is me its what makes me who I am yes i do grammar error's and all kinds of stuff but that just makes me who I am. You gotta work with me you all are trying to change me, i'm just that type of person that's sometimes immature and sometimes annoying but you just got to deal with me, there will be people in life that are worse then me and you just gotta deal with it. Even though none of you like me I don't care what you say none of you like me and i don't care. But guess what if you really got to know me and not just think i'm a weirdo behind the computer screen, that's the problem with some of you you , you just think that im a immature person but if you really got to know me you would probably have a change in mind. All of my friends /popular/not popular guess what they like because who i am not because how i act they now that i'd never hurt there feelings. I don't know why all of you are trying to change me this is who I am get us't to it. Your probably reading this and be like "there's so many spelling errors" and guess what that's who i am . Your knowledge of the English language and grammar rules does not make you who you are, it's your personality that does that.

There will be people worse, but it is up to the community to decide, and if they decide that you are not staff material, then that is their opinion. Staff and applicants should know that better than anyone. And if the community decides they do not want an occasionally immature and annoying Helper, then that should be ok with the applicant, because the applicant should understand what they are putting themselves forward for, and they must accept the rejection.

You're just hurting your chances even more here. That's really not the best attitude for a staff member. They should care what the community think.

Then talk! Get on, be active, chatty, welcoming, friendly... maybe we would get to know you then.

*snaps fingers* that's the heart of the problem. The person you are, your personality, is something that the community do not believe has the capacity to be a staff member. You just have to accept that.

I'm sorry if this is too blunt. But this is the sort of criticism you must get used to, if you are to be a staff member. You have to understand that if you get staff, people will not leave you alone. And if you don't get staff... accept it. When you post that application, when you press that little 'Create Thread' button, you have to prepare for the eventuality that you may be denied. But remember; we don't hate you. But we all have our own opinion, and we take staff applicants very seriously.

 

We're not trying to change you, specifically. We are giving you things to work on. No one is perfect and we get it.
something like being active. Start out by saying Hi in shout. Not hard.
Proofread your app. Not difficult. I make spelling mistakes too. I make grammar mistakes. Even theonemcd did it.

There's a difference between 'sometimes immature' and ''immature' and that is something to work on no matter what.

spider and gummi really hate me and rAw. But i don't care if they don' like me thats their opinion not mine. No body thinks im capable of staff people are saying If I (@pizzafest ) get staff they will hit their head on there comp. or leave meecraft and That makes me feel like total crap your gonna leave meepcraft cause of me? You may die if you hit your head on the comp. or get seriously injured all because you hate me , if your gonna leave meep beacuse of me . You will probly come back . In life you got to learn that people you don't like get a good role loke for ex: you really hate your boss and he's incharge of you you get paid alot you want the job but you hate your boss guess what mabey just get to know him for real or if you do know him and you know hes mean just be nice to them. Im aware that none of you want me as staff but noe of you know the real me you dont know me well . If i said things about me in caht none of you would care i have in fact said something in chat and none of you all payed atention.

I pay attention.
You need to work for it and you need to change in order to get the staff position you wish for. Otherwise, your applications will not go through.

implying you arent willing to change, and that you"dont care what we all say", why did you ask then ?
we are just pointing out things for you like you asked us to.
and the "nothing you say will change my mind or heart", you totally just blew your chance as staff there, that means that if youve done somthing bad and we point it out(like you asked us too)then your NEVER changing?
