I have been told several times that killing someone who randomly tp's is legal.
and I would like a reply now as I have work to do and this is complete bs.

Yes. As said above it is illegal to kill people who tp to you in any circumstance.

 

I didn't promise any services.
In fact I had never interacted with the player before, just a random tpa request out of no where.

 

The quote rule about luring is included in the scamming/deceiving another player section. This section of the rules also includes scamming.

What you did is still illegal.

I'd also like to apologise for my attitude on this thread, I simply did not know that what I did was illegal.

I just want to comment on your attitude, this is the second ban in which you've shown blatant disregard for the gravity of the situation. I suggest taking this time out to read through all our rules, as this is the second incident from you in a relatively short amount of time, the other being quite a large theft from xman_Bro. Additionally, I want you to realize you cannot simply pay your way out of the things you've done against other people, and the notion you think you can is a bit uninformed.
