Even though I don't see you in game very often (time zones), I am very amazed with you application and I think that you have the qualities of a staff member. Apart from that, you seem very mature and have plenty of experience on Meepcraft. Good luck!

From what I've seen, you are friendly and patient with other players, and you already make an effort to help people out. You're active, dedicated, and intelligent. I can tell you put a lot of thought into this application, and it isn't a decision you're making lightly. And it was great to read where your name came from and learn a little more about you. (You're a writer too!)

I can't personally think of anything you need to work on right now, but I think you have the maturity and self-awareness to address those as they come up. As Fang said, don't worry about not knowing everything up-front - as long as you're willing to learn and take the time, other staff members will be glad to help you get the hang of it. I think you'd be a great addition to the team.
