Why we should consider your appeal: I haven't been on meep in a while, when I find I have been banned for being a scammers alt. I honestly don't know how I am in connection with him. I am guessing I must have been in the wrong place at the wrong time, but really, the alt of a rank scammer? May I even ask who he is?Do I know him in-game? I ask that you would at least let me know how I have been tied into this. thx.

I'm sorry this has taken so long, but we have a question for you. Can you explain why your IP address matches that of both mad_cal1993, who rank scammed, and Treehugger_bill? (Those accounts are perm banned as well.)

 

Ok, I think I get it now. Treehugger_Bill is my friend's account. He lives in the floor above me, in my apartment building. We all use the same wifi, which I believe accounts for the ip. As for mad_cal1993, I do not know who he is. I will ask Tree if he knows who he is.

Do you have any other people in the building playing Meepcraft (except for Treehugger)?

 

I am not sure.

 

For me it just seems a weird explanation that you all use the same wifi hotspot, most standard wifi routers/modems have like 10-15m radius which wouldn't reach to 2 appartments.

I have doubts but I will give you the advantage of the doubt and unban you.
