I just want to start off by saying, I agree with everyone when they say you need more time, but not in the way you might think. It is useless to spend more time as helper if you continue to do the same thing from day 1, to day 50. There needs to be a learning curve. You are 19 years old, and honestly, should have been able to produce a better app. I see this in some of your staff work too, you have the potential, but don't try to reach it.

Yeah, I see where you are both coming from i now see the areas that i need to improve in if i would like the chance to become mod thanks for your comment i really appreciate it! (Gives me some hints on how I can be a better helper and I will follow your advise and will master my job as a helper before i decide to try and get this position again in the future)
