I suggest that you become more active on all aspects of the server (In-game, forums and TeamSpeak)!
Also look at some of the apps in the accepted for interview section, thats what we like in an app.

You should put more than 2 minutes worth of effort into your staff application. I suggest using Cooley's tips under the format. Also, try to get more active on Teamspeak and on forums before applying.
