You are no loser, you just need to make your app longer, be more active on all 3 aspects of the server (TS, Forums, Server).
EDIT: You can look up your Standard Time in your place. Go to google and look up what time thing you are in. You can use mine as an example

As for the rest, I think you should work on activity on Teamspeak [it is required], forums, and in-game helping.
In your case, I'd probably try working on getting your name out there, so if you do happen to apply again people don't reply with "Who are you?"
As for the application, it's not about length but it's more about quality. Just give us more information as to why you should be helper. What makes you qualified for the position?
and perhaps work on a self-esteem There's a ton of great players out there, and by being friends with them, you'll probably become happier on Meep

 

Woah woah woah wait... If u think I'm not looser then you can. Am I have only 1 friend and he talks with me only 10 minutes and then he need to go down from server. Please don't care for me. I have € not value that you guys have. How can I get friends if I ask question and nobody don't answer?

Please stop saying you are a loser! Putting all of this pressure on yourself makes yourself more sad. I know what it feels when there is no one to talk to. I've been there. There's a lot more people out there on the server that you can be friends with!
