Activity in Minecraft: I'm only a few hours away from you, but I rarely see you on. We may just be on at the wrong times of day, but I really think you should communicate globally more so that people can see your online, and generally being a nice person. The only thing about activity that I'm really worried about it what would happen once summer break is over. School started four days ago for me, and I haven't been able to get on as much as I would have liked. It takes many hours, and would cut the time spent for leisure by a large chunk.

Forums Activity: Heck, you have almost 3k posts! Obviously that's active enough, except for the fact that your activity has been slowly decreasing until it was almost nothing. I feel that you just recently came back, excluding the camping trip you mentioned in your application. If you could start posting more nowadays, you're forums activity would be over-the-top! You don't post useless things that don't give any opinions or facts, either. Nice job on getting 200 trophy points

Teamspeak Activity: I've only seen you on Teamspeak a couple of times before your headset broke. Again, it may be because of the three hour timezone difference. I don't believe I've ever talked to you before via Teamspeak; and I would love to give it a try! Nice to see that your back up and going again. I did not know that you had a broken headset that prevented you from going to TS.

Application: In my opinion, this application was better than decent. It looks like you put time and effort into it, unlike those troll apps that aren't even funny anymore. To me, it's well-organized, because I'm very messy in real life :3. The 'Why' section looked the best, but I think that you could have spread the length out a bit more. The weaknesses section was a bit short. I prefer seeing lengthy weaknesses not because they have many weaknesses, but because that they're most likely being honest about what they think of themselves. When you were my mayor in Towny Beta, I learned that you were a really nice person who cared about his residents. I remember when you were Helper, and I thought you did a fairly good job at it. I hope that you learned from your mistakes that lead to your demotion. Also, the conclusion was a bit small. Even though conclusions are just supposed to sum everything up in around one sentence, that sentence was just too simple in my standards. The introduction made me learn much more about you than before, and helps me get to better understand you, even if it's Internet.
Moving on.
Maturity: Everyone has their inappropriate moments here and then, but I've seen more good from you than bad, maturity-wise. True, there are always moments where people act more than twice as young as their true age, but as long as they know when to get serious and stop, it's fine with me. A while back I saw you typing random junk in chat, and I was pondering on why you would say that. I don't know you too well anymore, so I can't really judge your maturity now, as I haven't seen you on as much anymore. One thing leads to another thing.

This is just a short summary of what I think of you, and I truly believe you are capable of being a Helper, as long as you live up to the standards set. Good Luck SSSoulblade, +1!

Hey SSSoul, it's cool to see you applying once again for the helper position. Rebounding from a demotion is no easy task, so it applaud you on that. There are a yes things that I would like to address to you, that may come across as rude, or mean, but hopefully you see that my intentions are only to try help give the best constructive criticism and not to he either rude or mean to you. I'm sorry in advance if anything I say offends you, even in the slightest.

For starters, you were demoted for multiple reasons, other than just your lack of proof last time you were staff. You got into a lot of arguments over small things that should not have been made as big a deal as you made them. Now, you could have also handled them in a polite and sensible manner, but instead you flew off the hook and at times even began attacking some of the staff. As of now, there is nothing to suggest you would do such a thing again, however, when you got staff before, there was no indication then, and yet it still happened.

As for your communication with other staff, you didn't make any effort to ask for help when needed, and didn't attempt to communicate with anyone unless absolutely necessary. I personally do not believe you have changed in that aspect, but would be glad if you showed me up and proved me completely wrong.

What I'd like you to work on if you did/didn't get helper is to work on your communication, and understanding. Lean to understand that there are other people who might be right and that you might be wrong, and learn to communicate better with the people you work with.

Just a note about teamspeak, I'm less on in the middle of the day and more-so at around 7AM EST or earlier in the morning like 9AM EST. I do go in the day though.

 

What I was going to say is the gist of these two posts. I am a +/-, I'd like to see you given another shot, but I'm not sure how it will turn out.
