Introduction: I’m going to start from the beginning. A long time ago I was just a young kid who loved minecraft youtubers. I always watched them, came home and saw what they had to do. One day, I saw this really cool youtuber. I checked out his channel and saw his video and was very amused and loved them. I watched till the very end and saw an advertisement for this server meepcraft.com. I decided to take a look at it because I thought that a server that has advertisements must be good. So I joined meecraft and have since fallen in love with every part. Since then I have played every day and it always makes me happy. When I went on Meep, I knew what the reason was I was put into minecraft, to look at this server, and later help as much as I can which I really want to do.

I haven’t always been who, I was, which makes me wonder why I am accepted in the community now. I used to be rude and I spammed chat, but then I had a realization about how I was acting and how I want to be seen. I hope that I am nicer and more aware of what I way, do, and how my actions effect the others online. In fact I want to be able to help stop people who were like me from making the server bad. And now I hope I will get more because I hope you all think of me as a nice friendly guy. I am ultimate rank on Meep- meaning I spend time and money to help this server and keep it running forever. I have always tried to do my best and think always do. This server has given me so much and this is just the way I want to thank you guys and help it as much as it has helped me.


Why you should be Helper/Mod?

I think I should be Helper because I have been with this server for a while now and I feel that I’m ready to take on more responsibility than what a player would have. I have a lot of experience with helping out others both on and off meepcraft.

When I go on, if people ask me for help, and I’m never just going to tell them to stop bugging me but I would give a fully though out and well detailed answer. I know that I can do the chat moderating portion well because I am on watch even now. I will do my best, whether it be helping, moderating, building or ANYTHING no matter what no matter when, I will always be on the call of duty to serve this minecraft server. Right now, if I see something or someone doing something wrong, the best thing I can do is report, which I do if I find his or her actions bad enough to do so. As helper, I would get right on it and mute or kick them. . Though I would give them warning so they know. After probably about 2 warnings, I would mute them (if its spam) and then after the mute and they are continuing, I would warn them again, they keep doing it and I kick them. I would always try to make things run smoothly in this wonderful server.

Weaknesses:

I have many weaknesses but my main weakness is cursing. I do moderate my cursing but I do curse. I do not curse in shout or local. I don’t curse in game but I do curse on teamspeak. I know that other staff members have this as an issue too as well as many players so do you have any tips on how to gauge when it is ok to curse versus when it’s not to?


Conclusion:

If I am chosen to be part of the staff team I admire so much I would be absolutely thrilled. Though I would be diving in without much previous experience I know that I could do it with the amazing enthusiasm and talent that I see from our staff right now. Me and Jonneh were doing a dice duel and you interrupted and spammed. That is against the rules. Why should we trust you to enforce the rules if you can't even follow them? Also, the app was very weak.

Your introduction was too full of that "i love meepcraft" you see too often.
Tips:
Read up on how to use bukkit type moderating commands
keep up activity in all aspects of the server.

Your list shouldn't have looked like a list. It should have been more like a miniparagraph for each one.
