Introduction:
Hello!! I'm Zach also known as Manlyzaco. Im 14 and i live in A small town In Ohio. I just moved and i don't know anyone so i spend a lot of time on my computer and my phone. I live the country and have a dog, 2 cats, and 9 chickens so i often have to take care of them.


Why you should be Helper/Moderator

· Experience

I have been A mod, an admin, and A server owner. through owning a server i have learned how to take care of the members and make sure the server is a great server )
· Work Ethic

Since I am only 14 I have had no real job yet so i am able to be on the computer more. I am very comfortable to talk to people on things like teamspeak and Skype and i have a tendency to finish my work once i have started it.

· Dedication

I spend a lot of my time on MeepCraft but if i was helper id spend all my time on it try to help this server become a better place )

· Performance

Through having my own server i would have to take care of 25 members in my server by myself. I know how servers work and i am very willing to work with others.


Weaknesses:

Humor- Sometimes I let jokes get in the way of my work being accomplished, I will crack a joke every once and a while that may not be deemed appropriate by everyone on the server and that is a definite problem I am trying to work on.


Competitiveness- I am very competitive. This really shows when I PVP, I know I am not as good as a lot of the pvpers on the server but i still get Very competitive.



Activity- This is also a big weakness. My parents are very strict with the time I am allowed to play on the computer and other video games. Therefore they give me a weekly schedule on what days I can play and how long. This summer I have been a lot more active but I usually don't play on Sundays because of church. but if anyone would need to contact me i have Skype on my phone so u can message me on there


Conclusion:

In conclusion this is my helper application. I know I should be staff because of my experience, work ethic, dedication, involvement, and ingame performance. I never am mean to other players and I can help make this server a better place

COngrats on your first post, Manlyzacos!
Have a few tips.

• Wait a month or two before reapplying, and take the time to submerge and really get to know the community.
• Get TeamSpeak if you don't already have it, and screw around there for a little while.
• Get to know people, you'll soon find we're pretty neat guys.
• Get skype if you don't already have it, and ask for some skypes so you can talk to people.
• Become active on the forums, post threads and comments, and make your opinion known (but not in an obtrusive way)
• Be active in game, maybe join a town, maybe get a rank
• Be a cool guy, be yourself, and just wait to really know what MeepCraft is.

When you've done these things, reapply! Talk to people ingame, make a few friends, then you'll have a much better chance of scoring 'Helper'

We noticed that you have not been playing on the server for that long. It would be beneficial for you to get to know the rules and the community. Some ways to get to know the community is to become active on all aspects of the server. This would include in-game activity by using /shout and being helpful. Another way is by using TeamSpeak. TeamSpeak is a great way of verbal communication between the community. While it is not a huge aspect of staff, it is a great way to get to know the community. Another way of becoming active on MeepCraft is by participating and posting on the forums. Having a look around and posting on threads that appeal to you are a great way to get involved with our forums community as some of the people on the forums are not in game anymore.

Also, you're application could use improvement. Just putting a little more thought and effort into each section goes a long way. We would like to know why and the weaknesses. Those are the two main parts that we look at when reviewing applications and deciding whether to accept or deny an application.

Feel free to re-apply in no less that 2 weeks and when you have improved on the above.
