Introduction - Alright so this is a nice way for people to know me. I'm just a regular 12 year old guy from Northwest Ohio. My name is Paul Koenig and I like to play soccer, basketball, track, and cross country. Sometimes I play a ton of minecraft in a day and sometimes play barely any. I started about August 6, 2013 as a noob and just casually played nothing hardcore. I then quit some 2-3 months after and played a different server. When I got banned from that other server I remembered Meepcraft and started playing. I won premium from Cooley's contests and bought up to elite with meebles. I have helped Meepcraft get money through ranks and will keep buying ranks as long as I can. Now I am just trying to have fun and get more well-known.

Why should I be helper? - Well I have seen the lack of helpers these days and I can just sit with a day full of watching chat and I just love talking to people and getting in a conversation and help them.

Experience - I have alot of experience in Meepcraft because of all the help I have gotten and I believe I can help others. I have played Minecraft so long that I would easily be able to answer over 50% of questions asked.

Work Ethic - I really am good at working when I get dedicated into it. The main part I am bad at work ethic is building but as a staff I don't need to build.

Kindness - I am fairly good at this one. I try to be as kind as can be so others will learn to be the best as they can. I only get mad when someone ticks me off but that is rare.

Weaknesses - I don't believe that I have many weaknesses.

Team Speak Activity - I don't do much activity for one reason is because I don't have a mic and also it gets boring just typing because no one types and I can fix this with getting a mic.

Ban History - I have gotten banned/kicked for several reasons in the past but I think that I am over getting banned and I haven't gotten banned in a while but my previous history is like 7 bans.

Experience #2 - Ok so this will be short and simple. I have never been a staff member before but I can learn what to do because I am an easy learner.

Not Sure

Maturity - I am not really sure if I am mature or not. I mean I try to act not like a kid and whine all the time. I do what I am told but I really don't know if others call me "mature" or not.

P.S. - Please don't mention anything about a mic I know this won't be accepted unless they count an xbox mic . So just yeah give me feedback and that is the whole reason for this. I am not planning in this being accepted and I just want to learn what to do. Thank you for reading this and have a good day!

 

The application was lacking. Everyone has weaknesses, and I have a hard time believing that you have none. Although, you are indeed active and that's a good thing. I would have to say -1 because the application is lacking and you need a mic for an interview.

If you cannot do an interview with your xbox mic, then this will be denied.

 

I know didn't you read the ps about the mic I said I know this will be denied and DON'T say anything about a mic.
Also can you give me ideas of what it is lacking?

 

Actually, I mentioned the part about your X-Box mic, so I did read the P.S. about the mic.

The applications as a whole just seems short.
You need to elaborate on

• Weaknesses
• Your skills
• How will your mic impact you on TS if you are accepted

Right now we are looking for high quality staff. Do you have what it takes to be as good or better than who we have now? I don't think so.

- Active Ingame and on forums
- Nice to work with
- Experienced
- Not a great app
- I never see you in teamspeak

To work on your app you need to concentrate more on why you should be a staff member and go into a lot more detail, also try and include some weaknesses. Get some great tips for improvement at: http://meepcraft.com/threads/compulsory-application-format-tips.507/

 

You can't tell people what to and what not to say on your application. Be gracious for any advice they can give you.

I don't think you have many issues with your activity; I do see you on both the forums and in game quite often. I also think that you can be kind sometimes, as long as your are calm.

However, I truly think you have a lot of issues with temper, as well as immaturity and generally getting easily frustrated. This is demonstrated by your posts above, so please try in the future to read through what you are saying and try to be less volatile when people are trying to help.

The reason that this attitude bothers me so much is the fact that it leads to the possibility of you snapping at people who criticise you, which is a very bad thing for a staff member. Try to work on this, alright?

Other than that, your application was very short, and you didn't explain anything very well. Your weaknesses were also very bad, as none of them were really what we are looking for; I have already included something I personally think you should add. Also, next time, try to elaborate on everything a little better, and for your weaknesses, tell us how you are working on them.

You need to fix your mic. Thats really a huge portion of being staff.

Because I don't interact with you, above comments, the constant replies, and very small app I'm going to give a -1.

 

You are active in game and stuff but your mic is broken and that should be fixed and your app wasn't the best....I'm going to be a -1 Good luck though!

 

Your application was rather weak to me. I would improve on helping people more, I don't see that much from you. I also would wait until you have a 100% working mic.
