IKillNoobsHard posted a thread about this in the old forums. It pisses me off when someone says "you aren't active in shout" or "I don't see you in-game". For one, (I don't know if you're in the same timezone) the timezones could vary, therefore the player won't be on at the same time as you. Two, aren't active in shout? The majority of things I see being said in shout is just crap and the chat is spammed. If someone asks a question in shout, the best option would be to /msg as it's easier to communicate and see the message. Shout activity doesn't matter and doesn't affect your ability to moderate.

Hah we had some fun times in staff. accepted nearly the same time. That was fun. But really ur app sucked.

I am so sorry Monkey, but -1
First of all, the app was short. I know you could've done better than that. Second of all, I don't think you should be helper again, or not for a little while. When you first were helper, you were amazing and did your job. But, when you were accepted for a mod interview, you changed. You didn't do nearly as much work and you became extremely immature. You did very stupid things after that, and you almost got demoted. You were taken out of the interview folder, and given a second chance. You blew the second chance. That is the main reason for this -1. You were given 2 chances, and you didn't attempt to change after you were almost demoted. You then got demoted, and started cursing like crazy in Teamspeak. After a day you realized you wanted to be staff again, and started doing all this stuff. Most of the time we talk, it's about staff and when you want to apply. You seem very desperate for the position. Ever since you got demoted, your activity has heavily decreased. You don't seem interested in the game anymore, just helper. I barely see you anywhere anymore, and I don't think you are ready for helper just yet. I'm not telling you to stop trying, but I think you should wait a couple months before reapplying.

Monkey you and me were helper buddies at a point and I literally looked up to you because you helped me a lot but then there came a time were you and me went separates way and pretty much hated each other....and we both have good reasoning to dislike each other. You have made mistakes and a few to be honest since last time you were staff..and after your demotion you started to become a little less active and after you became more of a older helper you became less active? I would like to see a change in that if you get accepted again I would like to see you keep working hard and striving to one day get higher up then just helper. I think from this break that you have had you have learned a bit but again I want to see you get active again. So I'm going to be a +0.5 I'd like to see you have another chance Sorry for the bad grammar lol Well good luck monkey! Don't make me regret this +
