Introduction:Hey Meepcraft, I felt that it was about time that I should make on of these. You may say that this app is way to early, but there have unfortunately been a loss of many staff recently. I know that I am qualified as a Moderator and would like to join the team!
For those of you who don't know, hello I'm Dawson! I'm an actor, athlete, and video game addict who love Meep! I've been playing for around a year and a half. Right now I'm in a play at my local theater playhouse, Beauty and The Beast. I'm Gaston (big buff jerk, antagonist) and I've been busy this past week, but its ending the 31st so I'll be completely free from then on!

Why you should be Mod ?

Time: I have a lot of time on my hands, especially during school (because I am cyberschooled). This gives me time to help Meepcraft to my fullest all the time. This Summer, I have no large plans so I will also be very active now!

Dedication: I am true to Meepcraft and Meepcraft only. It's such an interesting server that other servers don't even appeal to me anymore. I haven't been on another server for around a week at least, so Meepcraft is my home

Teamwork: I work very well in a team, I have showed this through my work. I find it not only great to work in a group, but fun and sometimes necessary.

Creativity: Almost always key for a job, it creates a better playing experience for players and gives them fun new things to do. I try to come up with new fun ways to improve Meepcraft.

Independent: When not working in a team, I work very well on my own. It's something I've had experience doing for years, because the whole cyberschool thing. I find working by myself fun, and if other people involved in helping a project do not do their job I try to do it alone.

Friendly: I speak with the community all the time! I absolutely love our player base and always give a warm hello when I log on and I try to shout as much as possible.

Communication: The golden rule in teamwork, and I like to say I communicate very well. I try to talk thoroughly and efficiently when working on a project and will always be as clear as possible.

Problem Solving: This is based on what I want my future job to be, Criminal Investigation. I love mysteries and helping out any sort of community (the reason I chose this career field) and this does definitely keep me more thorough and interested in my job.

Seriousness:I like jokes as much as the next guy, but when I need to be I can be completely serious.

Experience: I have a lot of experience as staff on other servers and I have also been working with Reggles, Megan, and Lex on becoming a better staff member on Meep. I have been working with Hawkeye for a while now also, and I feel as If I have mastered it. I have dealt with almost every infraction on Meepcraft, and I know what to do for each one.

Work Ethic: My Mother calls me a "Sponge" because of how fast I "soak up" information and get work done. I'd like to think that my work ethic is above par, but I still try to better it all the time.
Weaknesses:

Screaming/Rage: I'm a bit loud, as most of you know, and this can mess up communication between others talking (I'd like to say sorry for that right now guys). I sometimes rage at games such as League of Legends and sometimes minecraft, but It's all out of good fun.

What I have learned since I became Helper:

Again, adding another part to a staff application. I have communicated and become much more known in the community than before, I have become more fluent at doing modreqs, I have become a master at HE, and I have increased my knowledge of how things work here at Meepcraft

I like you, and I think you'd be a great moderator, but you haven't been at this too long and need a tad more weekly activity.

I have no issue with you as a Helper but I think it's a little too soon, rAwsondayc.

 

It's been 18 days.
While that is a great song, it's not a good amount of time since you got helper.
I also would love to see more TS activity, and /shout activity. I haven't seen you much. like. At all.
Like nhjed said, I think you're jumping onto the bandwagon. Be a bit more patient, wait at least a month.

rAwson, I like you a lot and I think a lot of people underestimate your abilities and your dedication. I know that you are definitely a good Helper, as well as that you will soon be ready for mod.

However, I have to agree that I find this too soon. I don't think you have been staff long enough to have learned everything you need to know as a mod. While I know when I was promoted, I as well hadn't done certain cases, I was confident in my ability to problem solve or ask questions about the two types of cases I hadn't done. I know that you are a very good Helper, and have a very good work ethic, but I truly feel that you need to expand your horizons a little more before getting promoted.

What klassy said also, I found you were arguing with me giving you advise, I believe you've made some bad decisions also.

 

Look. raws I have seen you work and you have done good as a helper. But as other people said, it hasn't been that long and I feel like you still have a lot to learn. Being helper is a way to get comfortable with the community and to get to learn new things by doing a lot of modreqs. Dont rush it
