Intro:
My name is killer2themx and I am applying for Helper. Helper has been my dream ever since I started MeepCraft. I am passionate in what I believe in. I am a kind person who tries their hardest to help the new player out. I play many sports, including football, volleyball, basketball, and I ski. Playing sports forces you to work with your team to reach a common goal, which is just like the staff team and their job.

Why should I become Helper?
If I were to become staff, I would be my utmost responsible with the position I have acquired. Helper is a serious sign of trust from the community to the player receiving the staff rank. The community is telling you that they want you out there, helping people when you can. I understand this so I know that Helper isn't a toy, but a serious job. I am positive, helping, kind, and respectful. These are important parts of a staff member, no matter what position. I am incredibly helpful in /shout. I have been in Towny most of my time in MeepCraft so I am familiar with the commands and such. I am a patient person who can wait for long periods and will be quiet. I also am very familiar with all staff members which will help if I were to get Helper. I find joy in making others happy and in making them have fun. When I work, I enjoy being quiet and getting work done to my fullest potential and when I am done, I always love to socialize.

What would I do if I got Helper?
I would make sure that I help as many people as I can in /shout and in modreqs. I would answer all questions given to me to insure that the person truly understood. I would be responsible with my position and I would insure I was fair and truthful. My bans would be based on facts, not assumptions. I can work with other people very well which would be essential to a good staff member. I am hardworking at all time and I work until my job is done. I am always honest with everything which is another important thing. I am very self confident and I believe in myself at all times. I always remember that I can do what needs to be done and that nothing's impossible.

Why do I want Helper?
As I mentioned earlier, I enjoy helping others, might it be a command or something else. Currently, to help others, my assistance is welcomed in message, and advertised through shout. But Helper is going to give me another way to help the community in a way I was never capable of. I will be able to help people by answering their modreqs.

Weaknesses:
-I have a heavy pvper side; a part of me that is aggressive, tough, and sometimes mean. I have been working immensely to counter my anger in a more productive way when with others.
-I cannot work and socialize at the same time. When I attempt to do so, one of those doesn't go well and something I do goes wrong.
-I have been known for being immature at times. I have been working very hard on that aspect but honestly, it might just come with time.
-As TSN pointed out, I scream sometimes in Skype. It was just a habit, but it is gone. I do not scream anymore.


Conclusion:
Becoming Helper isn't a gift, but a responsibility. Being a Helper will let me do so many things that I couldn't before while helping people. As a staff member, I bring my experience from almost two years to assist players to the full extent. Thank you for reading my application!

 

From reading your application I can tell that you have a good idea of what helper is, and that it's not about kicking/banning people.

I feel like you focus too much on PVP, and occasionally help the odd Person, but that can be a good thing. If you can start helping a bit more it'll be a +1.

I'm not going to vote with a +1 or -1 because I don't know you enough due to time zones. After your last application was denied (I'm 99% sure it was you) you started helping out the community more. Even though we have different time zones I still saw you on occasionally before I went to school. Your app was alright, pretty short but I don't focus much on applications.

Personally, I feel you could do well as a Helper if you really tried. You need to try to escape your compulsive, pvper side, because that's the only reason I wouldn't want you to get Helper; I'd be worried about you doing something without thinking about it.

Overall, if you were to get interview, I wouldn't complain. I'd be interested to hear what you have to say.

 

+1 I favor you personally, you are cool and generally constructive but I'm afraid I should give you some - for slight immaturity and because I'm not sure you will be entirely focused on your job but I'll leave you at +1 because I believe you deserve an interview.
