Introduction:
Hi I am relatively new to this server so these are my past experiences and a quick introduction about me! I have been a mod on ** and ** but my past experience in owning and administrating a server was a long and effort-filled journey, I used to own and administrate a server which daily got around about 15-40 players, it has taught me not only how to deal with server disputes comprehensively, but on the in-depth side of the server - how to add plugins correctly. I had gotten to know many people I am good friends with today. I strive to achieve, not only by playing with others; but getting to know them and develop friendship between each other.
It has been one of the most enjoyable experiences of Minecraft for me because I learned how to be responsible not only on the game, but financially and socially.
It has taught me to deal with such things as maybe two or more players in a hostile argument, throwing curses and accusations at each other in which I would deal with by messaging them and asking for their side of the mis-fourtune. Once I have heard both sides, I ask any witnesses for proof of any profanity or vulgar comments being typed down into chat, I am provided with concrete evidence because I need to have pure evidence which clearly shows the situation before I take action.
I had also learned how to graphic design and administrate applications and learn to deal with certain disputes by respecting each others' views and taking them into thorough account and choose the right staff members who were truly committed to being online every day (Not only with the in-game time, but also analysing the forums and teach them how to moderate posts so that they know everything that needs to be known. I made no bad decisions, and I respect all the guys who helped me out before the server closed down - you have taught me a lot about the in-depth side of Minecraft.

Why you should be Helper/Mod ?
I believe that I deserve this position on this server because in the short that I have been here, the server has not only made me enjoy Minecraft again, but I no longer feel bored this server gave me back the fun values of Minecraft when I was about to quit it . And I can contribute several hours of my time to assisting others and surpass any issues players might encounter when they're playing along. I know I would be able to maintain servers that seem to be on the strong side of players so that it's ensured that no one has a problem, whether it'd be: being bored or have a common problem which can be prevented. Some servers contain a lot of members so I can definitely assist those who are new to the server.
My goal is to bring about co-existence in one another without any problems so that the experience of not just the main ones. But potentially, all the servers.
If I do get the job I will definitely ensure that I can be active on the busiest of the different game modes and make sure that I can address most of the problems so that I can enlighten individual experiences for everyone. Not only this, but comprehensively, I will catch out those who for some reason have a tendency to be rude, racist, discriminating or nasty to individuals and deal with the situation effectively with discretion. As a Staff, I can assist those and if so, bond with a lot more players on all the servers. And if staff are not present at some minigame servers, I can hop on and assist those in need or in trouble.
I believe that I am a considerate, friendly and mature person not just in-game but in real life situations, so that I can take what I have experienced and apply it into situations that might occur on here such as: cursing, heated arguments or just the general 'question and answer' so not only do I imply a great experience for individuals, but it won't be a hassle and I solely believe I will contribute for the server - I have played Minecraft since 2011. I really owe the server for what it had to offer me; I wish for it to continue on!

Weaknesses:
My building skills while plenty can sometimes not make the correct thing you would like me too build as my builds are very original.

Your intro and why- are awesome, but they would be better if you knew more about what the job is about. Helper is not admin. Helpers primarily do modreqs and ban for thefts and chat-related offenses such as harassment and sexual content.
Your intro, again, is AMAZING. You need no work there, you're good.
bad building is NOT a wekness. As I said, the most you'll be doing is modreqs, no building necessary.
I would like to see you improve on all aspects of the server (Forums, IG [mostly in shout], and on TS.)

I admire that you've written a longer application then most.

Some things you need to work on is:

- Activity IG
- Forum Activity
- TS activity

I do t think you have enough experience for a position in staff. Although, you do seem to be nice. A simple rule is do not advertise other servers, you should just say, "other servers" if you apply again. You should probably try to help in shout and get more well know.

I would work on the following:

Try to be active in all 3 of the parts of Meep; ts, forums, and ingame.

Ingame- Try being active in /shout and make yourself more known. Also, try to help people in shout and msg as you possibly can.

Forums- Try posting more in the Guides section. Answer peoples' questions and make guides for people to help them learn and give them a better idea of how the game works.

Teamspeak- Don't just go on and mute your mic. Try talking, meet the members of the community. We are all (at least most of us) very nice! Don't be shy!

Everything for me is a +1 for the app except you might need a bit more experience. And don't mention servers if you wanna get on staff's bright side.

Wow, this application was actually pretty good.
Unfortunately I have to -1 because of ads, and you're new.

 

I have to admit, you impressed me. You are politer and had a much better application than most newer players. Don't fret too much about the advertisements; you won't be banned, just avoid mentioning the name of any server again, even if it's down, to be safe.

Like monkey said, I don't think you have been here long enough to have a grasp of what 'Helper' means. I think you need to spend a little time here before you apply again (if you are denied), as you should know what you are applying for before applying for it again.

I would love to see you more often here on the forums, as well as in /shout in game. Be generally friendly and more helpful, it'll do well for you.

I think you have a lot of potential, I just think you need to learn a bit more about the server first.

When I first glanced at the title, I thought it would be far worse than it actually is. Great job on the application!

Activity in Minecraft: I don't believe I've seen you many times in game, let alone once. I don't find that you are active enough, and that you should definitely work on it. The amount of hours you seem to play is fine, but I think you should wait a while before applying. You're still quite new to the server, so I think you should wait a bit.

Activity in Forums: While your posts are quality work, your first post should never be a staff application. Get your activity on all the aspects of the server up a bit, and we'll see. When you get your post count up without spamming, it shows dedication. Any random player can say what they want to say, but we will be able to tell if it's a bundle of lies or not if you actually perform the actions.

Activity on Teamspeak: I've not once seen you on Teamspeak, but I have a feeling that it's because of our time zone differences. We live on the opposite ends of the world, so when I'm awake, you should be asleep. In my opinion, it's not that important, as long as you have it.

Maturity: You seem to be very mature, based on what I've seen from you. Although you haven't posted enough for me to get a good grasp of your maturity, I think that it's very decent. You're polite, even though we give you a large amount of negative feedback. It's great how your positive. You understand what we're saying, and I'm sure that you'll listen to us and work on it.

Applications: As I was saying beforehand, I thought it would be far worse than it actually is. Most of the newer players (and some older ones) write incredibly short applications, which are just a small bundle of sentences. I don't think you seem to have a great understanding of the rules yet. You advertised on your app, which makes me feel that you don't have a good grasp yet. The introduction was amazing. I couldn't find anything wrong with it, and it was well-worded. The 'Why' section should be a bit more detailed. It was decent enough, until I got to the weakness section. The 'Helper' is supposed to help others with things such as commands, not building. Some true weaknesses for this job would be 'Easy to anger,' or 'Maturity.' Try listing more than one, so we have a better understanding of how you're like

Qualities: You're a nice person, and you seem to be very polite. Those are some qualities that staff should have. I don't know enough about you to write a longer comment, nor much criticism.

I would say that making your first forum post a staff app is practically an auto-deny... but the staff accepted someone else as Helper in spite of it. But he was demoted and now he's banned, so maybe they won't be doing that again. Still, because of your lack of activity on the forums and apparently in-game... -1.

As others have said, though, great application. I believe your desire to help others, and it sounds like you have the personal qualities, knowledge, and experience to be a good staff member. I didn't see much in there about MeepCraft specifically, though, (except that it made Minecraft fun for you again) and our staff members should be dedicated to this server. Try hanging around a bit more, getting to know us, and letting us know who you are and that you're here to stay.
