I would prefer if you were active for a month or so before you applied instead,
to not let a person that got staff material apply for 3 months after resignation is
a bit harsh. As long as you have been put into the community again and find out
what's changed from when you left

Who cares if you had another change of heart people change their minds and as long as you don't change it again then there is no problem. I don't understand how 'just resigned' can be use as a -1 You have obviously changed your mind and you were a good staff member before. +1

 

You have common sense, you're not the type of person to do something questionable on staff. However, something I am really questioning is your work ethic. It seems to me that instead of just taking a break when things got hard, you resigned, and have done it a few times. All in all, you have good intentions, you just don't deliver them as well as you could, which has been displayed by your times as staff.
