Introduction:
Hello, some of you may know me from my past times of being a moderator and some of you may not. My name is Toasteds, or Tim. I joined Meepcraft back in July of 2012. I am coming up on my two year anniversary. I am applying to be a helper because I like assisting people and the job would keep me entertained. All I do is build on meepcraft and I want to do a little more! I have a lot of experience being a moderator and I know most if not all of the commands for a helper/moderator.


Why Should I be a Helper?:
I should be a helper because of my experience, activity, and knowledge. Summer starts on 6/6 for me and I will be able to do much more now that school is coming to an end. I keep to myself normally so when you do see me shout, I am either correcting someone or answering a question.


Experience:
All of my experience comes from meepcraft because this has been the first and only server that I have been involved with constantly. Once again, I have been here for almost two years and know most or all of the commands. I also have past experience with being a trial-mod twice and a moderator twice so I know all of the rules that need to be enforced.


Activity:
Everyday, I get on for at least two hours to build, answer questions through shout and talk with friends. Summer is about to begin and this means my activity will go up. If you ask me to do something, nine times out of ten, I will try to get it done. The one out of ten is the time that I am not able to do things because of my personal life.


Knowledge:
My past experience helps with my knowledge because I learned from all of the bad experiences which means I won’t make as much mistakes as I did the first or second time being a moderator. I also know how good and bad the community can be when they need help so I won’t be surprised when a citizen does something.


Weaknesses:
I have had many weaknesses but only two interacts with my in-game experiences. The two thing are being patient and getting angry. Sometimes I am in a hurry in-game and don’t want to wait for someone to give me information so I tell them to hurry up. For the angry weakness, I am doing a good job keeping that under control. I have solved the talking weakness! I am now confident to talk with people that I don’t know!


Conclusion:
To wrap things up...I have had a lot of experience with being a moderator and my experience has helped to increase my knowledge about the game. I am very active and I have very few weaknesses that affect my in-game experience.

 

I haven't seen you much myself, recently. I know a while back you had an accepted for interview application, so my one question for you is have you fixed your shyness? I remember there were issues with that before.

Otherwise, I'm pretty indifferent. I wouldn't say no to giving you a chance at interview, as you obviously have experience and I haven't seen anything inherently bad from you. All I can ask is a little more forums activity, as well as answering my TeamSpeak question.

Yes, I have solved my shyness and if I get another chance for an interview, I would be able to do it. I'll also work on my forum activity.

I had to get off of meepcraft so I could work on my school work to be able to play over the summer and into next year. Thanks for the input!

If you came back 2 days ago, I really don't understand why you would apply, as the newer members of the community need to preemptively see your capabilities. Be patient, grasshopper.

I haven't just come back two days ago. I came on when I had the free time which was about once every two weeks to check up on things. When I came on, I was silent because I didn't have much time and didn't want to get stuck in the "Where have you been for the past two weeks" conversation. If there is a next time, I'll wait longer. I'm an eager beaver.

In all seriousness though, you were easily one of the top 20% staff members of all time. Who cares if you have been on and off the past few months, I highly doubt you have forgotten anything. I would have liked the app to be a bit more detailed for those that don't know you as much.

Being here the short time you have been, you'll still be a better helper than 90% of the below-par arrangement meepcraft boasts today.

Hell, give this man moderator already!

I think you deserve this due to the fact that you were accepted but never got an interview.
However, your activity before you made this application is what concerns me. I just want reassurance that if you are accepted, you will be able to keep your activity up.

For sure. I have nothing big going on this summer except for baseball so I am pretty much going to be working out or being on meepcraft.

 

I don't know you that well to be honest, but you seem very desperate with all these responses. Other people do say you're good though, I'm at a -.5

You seem more qualified than some of our staff right now. SOME, not all, others are great.
You just came back, that's OKAY, reggles just came back and he got helper/mod.

You had a fear (or something like that) that made you unable to talk on team speak. Since you can now do that, please be active on there!
