I like meepcraft too much to not enter meepcraft for 2 days espesialy when i got banned for not a good reson. ( i don't care about grammer)

 

I was on the server at the time talking to jeremygatt when I was near him and I can confirm that that was true

 

Me too i was near him and the owner of the plot had left by himself and then jeremy took the plot because it was not owned and one of the rooms was used by the plot owner's friend. (the plot owner that left the town)

 

The mayor of the town has to allow you to claim the plot.

If you think I am not saying the truth I would know that I can't trust the staff that there is!

 

I personally dealt with the player who owned that plot, they had no intentions of selling it. The player also held more than enough balance to cover the one night of tax.
As a mayor you can't just claim a residents plot without just cause, seeing as this resident was offline for one day, and proceeded to message you after he got back online, it is safe to assume he wanted his plot back. What you did amounted to what we call theft, whether you agree or not.
Someone other than I should deny this seeing as it was originally my ban.

 

The guy that reported me wasn't the owner of the plot and the owner had left to make a town that would mean he would not come back!

That is not what the logs indicate.
Regardless, the reporting player did own that plot within 24 hours of you listing it for sale, our rules stipulate that you must hold the players items and plot for at least that long, especially if they message you saying that they still wanted to live in the plot.
Logs show him doing a /plot claim, filling all the chests over a few days and building the house the chests are in. You wouldn't have had to list the plot with /plot fs otherwise.
*also the first screenshot shows a different plot to the one in question, the screenshot was meant to show the commands issued.

 

This is denied, the evidence is clear in the screenshots.
