Skyblocks Challenges Not Working

Hi Guys

For the last two weeks we have been unable to open the challenges GUI. Hitting /c brings up 'An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command'.
People just starting seem to be unaffected and I can do /c <challengename> to see info on any challenge, but doing /c c <challengename> on anything other than Easy challenges brings back 'Unknown challenge name (check your spelling)!'

I see other posts have been marked as resolved, but it clearly isn't. Could you let me know what's happening please.

 

try using /challenge or /challenges maybe it'll work

This is a known issue unfortunately that we are trying very hard to fix.

 

Just an update for you chaos546.
The challenge menu has returned (looks like you've changed some of the challenges?).
Myself and supertom2013 both have access to Easy, Medium and Master but need 1 more challenge to open up Hard. So, as cptcreeper2013 didn't have Master avaialable (he hadn't got as far as us) we let him do MasterFarmer challenge to open up Hard - after completing this, he now has no access to the challenges menu, so I'm guessing this is specifically an issue related to opening up Hard challenges.
