Thanks! And no argument there! I'd be lying if I said I'm able to do this with skill alone.

I also got two more videos here of the same thing some. They're a bit bad quality, but check them out if you want. There's some jumps that I should have died as well on these videos lol

It's when you turn the FOV setting up all the way in the options. FOV = Field of View. How much you see in-game depends on where you set your FOV.

 

does it make you move faster?

 

Nope. Although it "looks" like I am moving faster on the video, I'm actually still moving at the same speed as everyone else.

 

so what does it do for you? whats the point of using it?

 

Some people like to use it, and it looks better, someone even feel more ''pro'' when they use quake pro. And why not?

 

It also gives you a wider vision range.

Look at the post #6 (my post) which contain lower quality videos of the parkour. This video and those two other videos are different attempts, but those are at a lower quality and different texture pack (this one is faithful, those two are default).

Compare those two videos with this one, and determine whether or not they are at the same speed. After that, look at the chat/shouts on those videos. Take note of when a shout appears and when it disappears. It takes about 8-11 seconds (this is counting at the same speed as youtube seconds at original speed) for the chat to appear and disappear. Afterwards, go on MeepCraft and count how long it takes for you. Hopefully, it should be around the same.
