Introduction: Hello meepcraft. I am Jamez564 you might remember me from in game or from recent posts. I am here with another Helper application. I have been taking in the feedback from the old applications. I am 13 years old and have taken on many rolls of staff on smaller servers. I am normally a nice guy to talk to and a nice person who helps players. I used to be a player who would answer any question in the shout and I normally still am. I hope you guys enjoy reading and give some feedback in the comments.

Why you should be Helper?
Firstly I have been online on the server for quiet along time and have been taking in what the other staff members have been saying in chat for the answers to questions and have been trying to answer questions like "I need the command for Making a town" or "how do I look at achievements in sky-block", I would reply with the answer or with the help command for the subject like /skyblock help. I have also set my self a couple of targets for If I get Helper including: Try to make the modreqs the best possible Help and assists there can be and make them want to file in a modreq again. Also I want to be online more and Help with the questions filed in shout and answer them. I want to be a Full time Helper and Dedicate as much time as I can to the server. I will normally be the first one to kick or ban on the server from my experience from other servers. I am normally quiet strict with my kicks and temp bans when someone breaks the rules. For a spam I would normally give a warning kick saying "reason: Spam and related" so it informs the player there fault as well. I am in the forums quiet a lot as well replying to questions and answers or other related Staff Recruitment's, Suggestions and other posts that normally need a reply.

Experience: I have had an alright experience of being a Helper/mod. I started out on a small server me and my friends brought up which no longer exists. I was head Admin on there and had a big responsibility like Checking the console for recent kicks and bans and seeing if they are worthy of joining back on the server. We ran and got around 10-20 players on at one time. I thought I would move to a bigger public server to do some staff training/work on there. I moved to a small server called Duel-play. It was a nice little server but i didn't like the attitude there when they were swearing and all there. I got demoted because I was not on active. So I decided to move to a new server called a1craft. This is a very nice little server where I got the job of being a Mini-games Mod and had the rolls of sorting out the plugins and kicking and banning the players. This is a nice little server with around 20-40 players online.

Dedication: My dedication to the server would be the ideas I have been coming up with. Quiet a while ago about a 2 months before Christmas 2013 I suggested we would bring back the Halo server to Meepcraft. It got denied but later it was added. I have had some other ideas along the lines of adding games and plugins to the server as well. I play on the server a lot around 6 hours a day when I can.

Involvement: I have been trying to answer any shout questions players wan't to give. I am normally either in the Wild or in the Spawn area. I have been answering questions in Shout that players fire at me or other players but I am normally one of the first to answer. I have had some good experience of Moderating servers and generally Helping players out.

Performance: I think my over all performance is to an alright staff stranded. I donated to the server so I could help out further more with my questions. I would occasionally tp to the player and sort the bug or issue by using my knowledge of commands.

Weaknesses: I have tried really hard to make my weaknesses positives now. I'm not sure If I have done them all but I will tell you a few.

Team speak: Most of the time I can't get on team speak because either my house is full with my family or I have got loads of homework. I will be trying quiet hard to get on team speak from now onward.

Arguing: I have a "Problem" with having either a huge debate or a small argument with some players about what is happening. I have been trying to fix this and mainly have so far. I have just about stopped the arguing issue.

Time Dedication: I have had some time issues and have not been on the server. I think I was on for around 3 hours on Sunday due to some family issues. I will be working on this however and will be on normal times.

Finding Players to help: I have had some issues finding players who need help. I have been shouting "Msg me If any players need assists or command help" and I have been getting no messages or reply's to that question.

Lag: Ok my computer is not the best. I get around 10 frames when I am in the spawn building and are finding it hard to move without raging. Luckily I will hopefully be getting an Asus gaming laptop with an I7 processor soon. It will be fixed in a matter of months.

Conclusion: I feel this time I am ready to apply for a Helper this time. I have been taking in the techniques of the Helpers and Moderators and Admins so I can try to be the best Helper I can be. I will dedicate my time to the server and help players even more. Please give some Feedback to the application please. I hope you have a nice day meeps.

 

App was decent. Ig activity is low as I don't see you often. /shout activity is low. Forums activity is good. Lots of weaknesses. -1 for now. Good luck however!

You seem quite active on forums
But I have never seen you in game and we are in the same timezone - this means you need to help in shout as I would have seen you in shout
Naming the names of the servers on your application is classed as ads and will probably be auto denied
So sorry but it's a -0.5

Just a tip, don't reply to everything...

 

You know i thought this application was pretty good and i think that you could make a great staff member. However when reading through this i saw names of other servers which really isn't the best thing to be putting in a staff application. Good luck in the future though.

Your app was good but, I don't see you enough. Teamspeak is a really big thing, the best thing I have learned to do is when I get home, I just open it. If I'm doing homework, I just stay in the lobby and regardless of having family over, just put on push to talk!

You've not really improved.

 

-1 for now. I don't remember ever really seeing you ingame or on TS (and I know it's not just timezones, I'm on at different times every day). I'd say up your activity, and try to be helpful beyond just asking people if anyone needs help. Chances are, there are no problems at that exact moment you ask. Just keep your eyes and ears open, try to be interactive with people as well as helpful. Everyone likes a friendly staff member

 

Sadly, I haven't seen you in a while, so I don't know what to say... Based on my last experience with your maturity, I will have to -1 this, sorry.
