Bug: Use /home to get out of lava pits (and other dangers)
Time/Date: 02/10/2014
Steps to reproduce:
1) Fall into lava pit in the wild or nether
2) immediately type /home <homename>
3) You get warped to that home, not on fire, and can deposit stuff into chests
4) /warp wild to go back to the wild, and you will likely die but won't lose anything
Evidence:
No pics needed, it's a really simple bug to reproduce.

I'm guessing this has to do with the different worlds being on different servers, but it's probably not the most fair thing to be able to do.

It's true even if your not it lava. If your in danger and do /home it warps you home. Although when you go back to /warp wild your on fire (if you fell In lava)

 

Logging is allowed in the wild, and I am pretty sure the zombies won't get to pissed.

I dont think its a bug. I would think they would have something to his it like in PvP with no commands. Even with my god armor I like to play it safe when im on fire. /home is useful because of that and without /home when in danger make it use lesser.

Fair enough though IMO if you're mining in the wild and fall into lava you should lose your stuff. No such thing as /home in single player

This is not single player, why not be able to /home to save yourself. Not everyone has millions of meebles to buy new gear all the time.

Not seeing the point of this, it is not a bug. If it was a bug, it would be the love bug. I love /home when I'm on fire.

 

i don't see this as a problem. i use it all the time. the only way that you could fix this would be to disable homes in the wild and there is absolutely no way that will happen

 

Dude some people (Not me) build bases in the wild and have homes to get there again

 

Don't think this is a bug. I do /home all the time, but sometimes /spawn is easier to do..
