I actually got to meet you formally tonight, and I thought that was really nice getting to actually meet you. I have heard about you and seen you around before, but I am glad we got to meet up.

You are an incredible citizen, and you will make an amazing Helper. You are active in all aspects of the community, and you have been a wonderful role model for the newer members by answering questions, doing giveaways, and a lot of that. Anyways, great person all around!

I would've +1'ed it, but after a few nights ago, I don't think you are completely ready.

You're reply to me shows that you're immature by not being able to take criticism, you cam back approximately 2 weeks ago, which just shows that you were not dedicated and then come back for staff after returning from a, what was it? 3 month break?

 

I would like to say something about that.
First of all, you were /shouting that you were auctioning a Silverfish head. All I did was ask you if you sold it since you never did say that it was sold. Me and some other people on Team Speak talked over what happened and nobody claimed to see you sell it. Even the person who was the last to bid /shouted that he didn't get it. That is the reason why I asked you, and.... I wanted that head, so I wanted to bid on it.

I don't think you're active enough yet. You just came back less than two weeks ago.

 

They are allowing people who've been here for under 2 weeks to become staff... I don't think it's a big deal anymore

 

It isn't a big deal if they're an outstanding candidate, but Liran has a history of "account problems" and general immaturity. I personally haven't seen enough of him to know if that's changed, which is my only concern.

Quite frankly, my -1 is real, you just came back. Like pls don't be bias people.

 

+0.25 to be honest, I see a lot of potential in you. The app. Was good and I always see you in game. You seem to be friendly but the reason that I am at a +0.25 is because I, -.5 points for forum activity and -0.25 points for just coming back. If you improve your forum activity then I will be a full +1

I think Liran is a responsible player, well established and well known in the community. He's liked, which means people can trust him and look to him for answers. He's helpful, always tries to help anyone he can. He told me once in TS, "If I can help them, I don't see why I shouldn't." Liran will be an incredible asset to the MC Staff, and I think he definitely deserves Helper.
